UPDATE: LinkedIn's new interface has a slight update to the navigation path for the second option. In LinkedIn go to Privacy & Settings > Data Privacy > Job Seeking Preferences > Job Application Settings. There you can add or removed stored resumes from your LinkedIn Profile to use when you're applying for jobs.

Man, there is soooo much to Linkedin that I don't even know! I just learned that I could upload like a presentation to skillshare! Thanks for sharing. Curious, why do you not recommend uploading the resume to the featured section?

I'm a massive proponent of fully customizing each resume; but I do realize that sharing a generic version is right for some people (especially when they don't personalize their applications like the should ☺️)
