I don’t think that a 4th ref is needed, because in soccer, there is the main ref and 2 sideline refs, but the soccer pitch is significantly larger than a soccer field. I think they need to have less grey areas of what is a foul and maybe have a the ability to have more reviews of polarizing calls to make the game more accurate
