Layla’s commentary on the remodelled room is just beyond cute. She’s a very confident little girl, a great testament to you both. I just love she wanted to stay with Nene and Poppa. Layla’s little face crumpled when she noticed the Christmas tree was gone just made me so sad.

Sweet little Layla’s reaction was exactly how I feel. I don’t put my tree down until February (since it’s artificial), and there are even some Christmas decorations I leave up year round. I just love all of the festivity of Christmas, and it brings me so much happiness and joy to see it, so I don’t really care what anyone says or thinks about me leaving things up. It never gets old for me!

One year when my husband and I went away on a two week holiday. When we got back our main bath was completely redone right done to the studs. Everything was new. It was such a surprise. That’s when you know without a doubt we did a great job raising our sons. Your children are adorable. You have a great family. Take care.

Layla IS A RIOT! That girl has a future in, well, anything she wants - but entertainment is right up there. so smart. Such big feelings. So expressive. So confident but also so loving and generous. A testament to her wonderful spirit and to her amazing parents. Zade is so relaxed and happy and I am sure he will want to do everything his big sister does as time moves on.

We also have a 4 year old, and our pull-ups ran out and I didn’t have a vehicle home at the moment. So I told here she couldn’t wear a pull-up and that she had to go to the bathroom before bed. And to yell at night when she needed to go…. Two weeks since then, and she hasn’t worn a pull-up since nor wet her bed. 💪🏼❤

Oh my goodness Layla! When she looked at her daddy and said “ what did you do “ that was way too cute. And my heart hurt for her. Such a sweet family ❤when my girls were little I always left something hidden in the tree. Sometimes I had to put it there after Christmas 😊 but it would always be a little game or movie or something. They almost looked forward to the tree coming down. It made it a little bit better.

The first Sunday after we moved across the state my 2yo niece went to the nursery and Sunday school and settled herself in. She was staying! Her momma waved goodbye and walked away....and her baby just waved and went back to what she was doing😂

Oh my goodness this was the best vlog for so many reasons!! I absolutely loved your parents excitement when they saw the remodel of the bedroom.. Layla when she immediately started crying so stinking sad to leave your family, and especially when you brought Layla down from her nap when she looked so intently back and forth at the living room then straight at Evan and said what did you do!!! She is the smartest little one and too stinking sweet!!! I could just eat her up.. what a little sweet pea 🥰😊also when she was talking to the camera about the bedroom at your parents house… just soooo precious!!
