I love it he is really good at film making and story development.I didn't even know there was lore to be followed tbh. Alex and the people he is collaborating with are geniuses.
You may be onto something, since this is before #6, he used a tentacle monster to represent the garage creature but the tentacles only appeared in #6, after this video was made.
Hmmm… the thing is, in the first sonc video both of the drawings of the yellow and red characters both have the name MARK written on it, then we are shown the missing photo of Anthony. So my theory for the is: while also giving us the background scoop of what happened to Anthony, we are also seeing the warning that the video is giving to Mark. “The bad friend goes to the bad place.” That indicated 2 things. One, Anthony wasn’t a good friend because he wasn’t acknowledging Marks situation or supported mark in supporting his mother (if Anthony even knew about the situation), and was then taken to the “bad place” for being a bad friend. And two, the same thing will happen to Mark if he doesn’t continue to support his mother by creating those videos to get money in order TO support his mother. Which then lead us into the second video of reminding him that it’ll be his fault if he doesn’t help his mum, and therefore befalling the same fate as Anthony did. AND another thing I noticed, which could also be taken as a subliminal message, is when sonc says in the second video that: “One flower won’t be enough.” We then cut to the scene where he taunts Mark AND THEN we hear the overlayed voice of the Muse from Alex bales SpongeBob videos. Now I don’t know how this ties into sonc, or who sonc is, but what I do know is that the muse asked Alex for something MORE, which lead Alex to buy a cat which the muse consumed. This shows a similarity to when Sonc said to the yellow creature, Mark, that one flower will not be enough. And in the end we see all the flowers gone, while before that when Sonc is taunting him we also hear the muses voice. Are they the same being? But how can a tentacle monster draw and upload videos? Idk, I feel like there’s a missing link there but it’s too early into this. We need more info, so I guess all we can do is wait 👀
such a compelling series the line has become so blurred we don’t know who else could possibly be in on it, especially with how high profile the project became
