This could also explain why more sequels are made than needed more than just because greed. Perhaps the actors are trying to return and get paid again? But they are getting replaced by "real" actors.
tbh it makes sense why the incredibles say their not cartoons. its because they must had been made to feel human since in the story they are humans. just with different abilities.
I think it might be fun to make a theory like this that connects every single "animated actors" content together into one big metaverse. Not just the fictional bloopers, interviews, and Oscar presentations, but the ones made for other animated films and shows like Lego Movie, Lion King, or Looney Tunes. Not to mention Who Framed Roger Rabbit, The Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers Movie, House of Mouse, Once Upon a Studio, anything portraying the Looney Tunes characters as actors, like Back in Action, the Scarlett Pumpernickel, or What's Up Doc, those specials on the Wonderful World of Disney portraying their characters as real actors, like Mickey's Birthday Special, and all those Family Guy episodes that portray the Griffins as actors. You could even include those crossover promos that kids networks would show on their channel! Like the ones on Cartoon Network where all the characters on the network either work in a fictional version of the studio, or live in a town that fuses all their worlds together. Or those Nicktoon holiday shorts where all your favorite Nick characters parody classic specials, like Peanuts or Rankin Bass. Or even the shorts Disney Channel is currently making for its cartoons, one of which have Disney TV Animation characters perform a variety show as chibis, and another where the characters sing parodies of songs from their live action original movies like Descendants and Zombies, that would usually be about an element in their shows (sidekicks, villains, themes about accepting your quirks and anxiety to name their most popular ones). One could even include all the content that portrays PUPPETS as real characters. All the interviews, specials, bloopers, guest appearances, and behind the scenes featurettes that portray The Muppets, The Sesame Street Muppets, the Fraggles, ALF, Lambchop, and who knows who else as celebrities that have a life of their own, in spite of being made out of felt. How fun would it be to use all of this and more to learn more about this bizarre world of animated actors?
When you were talking about the VR headset idea, where all the characters are human but are just altered to look like the film's gimmick "What if bugs, monsters, cars, and toys could talk?" I thought of that one scene from Inside Out where Joy, Sadness, and Bing Bong go to the dream place, where it's just a movie studio with those "Mind blob" people applying a filter on the camera to make the dream look real, with humans and the like.
Is it me… or does this and the fact that there were other studio crossovers in the Oscars, feel like how toons are in Roger rabbit and the chip n dale movies?
It's a great theory, I don't think it's based off religion or christ, but it does have a lot of those undertones. However i think it's based off of life, and if you're a believer in God, I can see why you would think this is based off that+Hollywood toxicity. Have a great day, amazing video, I watched till the end because your commentary was exciting and fire ❤❤❤
Y’know, I’m starting to think that one bit in the Animaniacs reboot had a point. “March, March March! For your cartoony rights!” - Dot Warner, 2020 At the very least, as of 2020, animated characters now have the right to vote. So that’s a win :)

This is like poppy play time but without the horror and the depression of chapter 3 of all the dead children being experimented on and all the dead workers.

Despite how creepy the infomercial was it was kinda nostalgic seeing something like that
34:40 another thing worth considering is that most of bugs life involve the ants and warriors building their own fake bird.

Not to mention all the average humans created to be background characters in the movie
