Good review and I would add to it-with gloves that button is difficult to press and because it at the front of light if you try to press it hard it moves the light downwards(without gloves is easy to grab the light to privent that).Battery is weak,30 min commute(one way) and every 2 days needs recharging.Love that day mode .
@@TheSweetCyclists that’s great, I’ll be looking forward to seeing your video on it. Your reviews are great, keep up the great work. Christmas greetings from the UK. 🇬🇧
By glare I mean for oncoming traffic due to the beam shape - this light doesn't have a sharp beam cutoff like some other lights on the market. Most lights, including this have slightly recessed lenses or a little guard on the front to focus the light forward.
Hello sir, im looking for a headlight to be seen in day time and not to see, with good battery capacity, do you have something to suggest as the best for less then 100€? Thank you im going crasy for your videos well done, hope you suggest me something otherwise i can crash in someones dor car😂👋🏼🙂👍👍🥰🥰
For just a be-seen style light, something like the Ravemen FR160 is a great choice as it has a wrap-around COB LED design. Otherwise the Bontrager Ion has a strong daytime flash and small size.
The image in the thumbnail is using CatEye's out-front mount which is designed for the tab mount of the light. CatEye does offer a GoPro adapter which you can use to mount it to any GoPro bottom mount.

Micro USB coming into 2024 almost seems DOA. I'm not sure about others but I wouldn't consider a light that charges via Micro USB
Will you be reviewing the new Ravemen XR6000? I’d like to see that compared with other 6,000 lumen lights.
Yes! I actually have the XR6000 already and I'm working on the review of it.

When you talk about glare, is that in terms of the rider or people in cars?

MicroUSB? No thanks. What's wrong with these manufacturers, USB-C has been standard for at least 5 years now.
The light was first released in Japan more than 4 years ago.
