Mam in this section when a person committed an offense can be trailed. Such situations the prosecution always against the accused.But in reality the accused used self defence. Hence my question is the burdon of proof belongs to whom

The initial burden of establishing the circumstances that necessitated exercise of private defence is with the accused. However Prosecution will have a burden to prove beyond reasonable doubt that such circumstances never existed. Benefit of doubt will always be with the accused.
