76+79 both fall under mistake of fact ..79 doesn't fall under mistake of law .. there is a presumption that a everybody knows the law so mistake of law cannot be a defence mistake of law only covers section 77-78 ...76 bound by law and 79 is justified by law main difference ...79 ... Nothing is an offence which is done by any person who is justified by law or who by reason of a mistake of fact and not by reason mistake of law ........be clear with concept teaching style awesome ..
