@@luisfillipebeserra2108 spoiler alert Galaxia has the same motive in the manga, she wants to end the war by defeating Chaos and becoming the strongest being in the galaxy (I really hope they do it justice is in the cosmos movies). She just uses different means to do it, and Sailor Moon sees through it and understands her tragedy. Really one of the best villains in the entire series and a fitting character for the final story arc.
