Edit: In Queen Beryl's defense though, she only turned to evil because she was in love with Mamoru, and she became overcome with jealousy when she saw that he loved the Moon Princess.
All the villains die in the manga. Even Galaxia. Galaxia's life was redeemed in the anime. If her soul was tormented even more by Chaos, she could have died. Sailor Moon showed her the path to good and was saved from her treacherous ways. In the manga, Chaos release himself off of Galaxia and she almost fell right into the Galaxy Cauldron until Sailor Moon saved her and shriveled to dust until she was no more.

Just like the other senshi They are turn into dust but still has Sailor Crystal and before sailor Moon jump into chaos. The Sapphire Crystal which is sailor Galaxia star seed did not destroyed or cracked which is when sailor Moon bringing back or creat reborn for every sailor Crystal inside chaos,Galaxia maybe get reborn too along with sailor starlight and sailor kimnoku. This is the huge difference between manga and 90s too. 90s : Sailor Galaxia star seed or small hope is chibi-chibi. Manga : Sailor Galaxia star seed is Sapphire Crystal and nothing connected to chibi-chibi.
What I love about the sailor moon locket melodies is that they're beautiful songs that fill me with so much joy but also with great sadness. Like when I close my eyes I'm on a cloud at peace and ease, and then I cry because of how beautiful this song is. I truly love sailor moon.

It's beautiful, but I find it to be rather heartbreaking, too. I mean, we imprint on the Sailor Senshi, and may wish we can be like them, but the hard truth is that's not possible. I remember in the first episode when Usagi was so sad and wanted to be like Sailor V. She got a whole lot more than she wished for. Now I cry and say "I wish I could be like Sailor Moon."
I swear to god, the new anime better have decent, if not as good, as this music. I swear a majority of sailor moon's score was pure genius and magic. This song is just one of many.
kztar621, thanks for posting this information. This must be all in the manga. Very interesting, in the anime they didn't make a connection btw Wiseman and Galaxia. In the anime Wiseman even managed to turn Chibiusa into Black Lady once. And he was so powerful that two silver crystals from Chibiusa and Usagi were needed to defeat him. No wonder that Galaxia got corrupted under his brainwashing...
