Laff all you want. Real estate is all about location. Fullerton is 10-15 mins from Disneyland. Plus near Surfside Beach and not far from Seal Beach. People who don't live near major cities don't get it. $565k is a great price for Southern Cali! Plus they did all of the work for the new home buyer.

Younger people under 40 for some reason can no longer imagine what a house will be like for them if the house has colored paint. Agents lose sales all the time because people ran from a yellow, red, green or orange walls. Stupidly not thinking oh we will prime the walls then paint and then move in. Nowadays people just want to walk in see the entire house in white. Giving them the illusion the house is a blank slate made just for them.

The yellow was sickening piss colored and the orange was an awful solid blech! I am SO glad I didn’t have to buy a house in the seventies. But my parents did. And all the ugly yellow, green and orange was in the house. So gross.

Master bedroom and bath are small. The awful "staging" by Kevin ruins the whole design. I thought that the huge fireplace was awesome and should have been retained. (Every house they do looks the same...)
The bedroom staging looked great. And yes, they look the same because this is the processes of flipping. You're not in it to do different designs in every house. There's a generic neutral look most buyers want.

bad call on a lot of things. That house looks like any other track home. Everything nowadays has to be open space so people can sit on top of each other without any privacy I guess. You take things that give that house character, like that fireplace and get rid of it. Todays house remodel market is tasteless. Really cheep products with a modern look. hard pass
@@brandonleesanders as someone who has renovated 3 properties and knows the ins and outs - it’s really not. I would never buy a flip house because majority of flippers cut so many corners. I did not but I see it all the time
