I have a tip for every one. I had a problem at first like LeJanaro did putting the sheets in. I put a thick hard cover book on the deck so the sheets could lay flat, that did the trick.

It says right on the front of the machine you can only put up to 12 pages in to punch at a time. Then you can put all the pages together to bind them.
