Fast food restaurants don't usually get my food wrong too much Taco Bell is the worst one though because if you order something supreme you'll just get the regular item at least 75% of the time no joke at least at the one Taco Bell that I go to.

I feel like almost every time I get fast food and/or delivery- it’s wrong but mostly only if I get more than one special modification on anything so I also did what he was saying about ‘trying not to make it too complicated’. For some reason, anytime I order a beefy five layer burrito with no beef (don’t judge me lol) they always just do something like : tortillas, barely any nacho cheese, hella sour cream, and some beans. Or when I do a beefy five layer (remove beef, add extra beans) same thing and no extra beans
Or like I’ll get a cheesy bean and rice burrito (no rice) cuz it’s cheaper than a bean and cheese burrito and they always still put rice in it. I eventually stopped trying

This is the most iAN (Brutal Moose) coded episode from Peebs I've seen in such a long time. BEANS
What I like most about Taco Bell is how customizeable everything is. The ability to add, remove, or subsitute basically any ingredient you like is extremely convenient for those with dietary restrictions (and they never seem to get the subs wrong! They just forget dipping sauces haha). Meanwhile, those of us who don't need to worry about what we eat can get all the cheesy greasy calorie-dense food they like. It's perfect for a quick bite to please everyone.
Personally, I think I’d rather eat literally anywhere else (this is coming from someone who has friends who practically worship Taco Bell and Baja Blasts and really only like to eat there, so I couldn’t help but relate to peebs here because I too have eaten one too many Taco Bell meals I didn’t actually *want* to eat 😂)
As a mexican I can confirm that taco-pizza is not made anywhere in Mexico. Also hard shell tacos are not tacos.
You need to try deep frying the meat in your soft taco first. It comes our crispy and is pure heaven.

Years ago, I was lucky enough to stay at a hotel for 5 days, where there was a Taco Bell across the street. I ate Taco Bell every day for breakfast & lunch & sometimes even for dinner. It was the greatest week of my life.
One thing i wonder how can people eat the same thing for more than a day is.. does at some point the employee recognize you?

The Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito is cheap and relatively light on the stomach. It has that chipotle sauce you enjoy, I also usually ask for it with onions. 11/10@@Peebs

As someone who's been forced to eat Taco Bell more often than I used to ever since starting college, after eating it for 1 straight week:
1. You feel like garbage
2. You get sick of it despite loving it your whole childhood
3. You realize how much you miss those items that TB puts up and takes away from the menu (like those Nacho Fries for a while)
4. You realize how much it destroys your digestive system
Oh, and just a side note, yes I did use to order those Nacho Fries occasionally when they were new. They're not bad.
Taco Bell should only be eaten once or twice a week. Doctors orders.

Love Taco Bell, it's my comfort food! Several years ago, I was going thru chemo, which made me so sick I couldn't eat anything. Food tasted wrong or just made me nauseated.
The only thing I could tolerate was the bean burrito; I ate those things at least twice a week for six months.
I won't say that taco bell cures cancer, but it sure didn't hurt

Nacho fries are EXTREMELY popular whenever they come out. They were first introduced in like 2017, and have been coming out every few months or so. I used to load the fries that would eventually become the nacho fries into the freezer behind the kitchen at Taco Bell. There was always at least five boxes of the potatoes when the supply delivery showed up
My wife and I ate Taco Bell every day for 4ish months because we couldn't afford much else. I miss Taco Bell.

I had Taco Bell last week for the first time in lord knows how long a few weeks ago. I had the Doritos taco with the soft tacos with beef and cheese, nacho fries with nacho sauce, and brisk mango iced tea. It was pretty good. I’m also watching my salt and sugar intake myself due to my family history of high blood pressure, high cholesterol as well as diabetes. I also have a pre diabetic condition that causes my blood sugar levels to drop if I don’t eat for too long, however it can turn into diabetes if I’m not careful with my salt and sugar intake. I’m in my late 30s and don’t have the metabolism of my teenage years anymore. So I can relate to that, Peeby.

Man do I feel your pain. Was the same, up to during my 20s I would get like 1 menu + 2 items from fast food places, or eat a whole big pizza, the whole spiel. I'm 32 now and just today I took a _small_ menu at McDonald's consisting of 1 Big Mac, 1 small fries & nothing else. It's been on my stomach all day and I haven't been able to eat anything else. Insane how our metabolism seems to already have ground to a halt.

Hack: You can buy tbell's chipotle sauce in grocery stores. I've been making my own chicken quesadillas fairly regularly for lunch lately. 😉 I also make homemade burrito bowls with chipotle-sauced chicken. Amazing.

The spicy potato taco is SO underrated! I never hear anyone talk about them, but they're my fave Taco Bell item. (Even though I almost never go these days). Also, I like the Mexican "Pizza" with all beans and no beef. It's quite good that way and I feel like the texture of the beans just works better with the cruncy layers.

I used to work at Taco Bell, and I still love Taco Bell food you could probably imagine how hungry this video makes me. I'm a bit like you where if I see a food commercial it makes me want the item but I can't drive and live in a very rural area. So I'm basically forced to be disciplined. Ironically Taco Bell doesn't give me stomach troubles like everyone else, I usually ate before my shift and never needed to use the bathroom lol

The "fries inside the sandwich" is a big thing in France. Kebab & "Taco" places (they call themselves tacos but what they sell is what's apparently called quesadillas) will do that a lot, and sandwich places will call an "American" a sandwich made in a baguette with beef patties and the fries directly inside. I love these

Peebs talking about the struggle of eating Taco Bell for a week, and I'm here questioning my Taco Bell eating habits for a month...
Am I the only one that thinks it’s weird that Taco Bell has a stigma of causing what I’ll call unfortunate gastrointestinal side effects? Taco Bell rarely effects me, and that’s coming from someone who suffers from IBS. I’ve experienced abdominal pain I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy, but I’d be taken aback if Taco Bell even gave me a stomach ache. I’d even go as far as to say it’s a pretty safe food, so it’s really kinda funny to me when people with relatively normal digestive systems say that eating Taco Bell makes them, y’know, experience “unfortunate gastrointestinal side effects”. I’d be interested to know if anyone else with IBS experiences the same thing as me.
I have IBS an have never had issues with Taco Bell. But I also don't eat as much as a normal person due to having gastric bypass ..but even with that, no issues. And there are plenty of foods that cause SEVERE issues!
