Hey Minzy, ya drones are allowed in Hawaii, but you always want to check the geo fly zone map and make sure you are either licensed or qualified to fly in certain areas. This link shows the authorized areas once you put in an address: www.dji.com/flysafe/geo-map. For hobbiest you can fly up to 200ft high and just make sure you always have a VLOS (visual line of sight) while flying. Hope that helps!
