Here I am performing the following: Remove and reinstall SATA SSD Remove and reinstall RAM Add M.2 SSD Remove and reinstall thermal module (heatsink/fan) Remove and reinstall CPU
Hi, thanks for asking. For RAM, it's 32GB max, DDR4 2133. So 16GB stick x2. You can install faster DDR4 but they will be clocked down to 2133. As far as SSD storage, I am not aware of any. And yes, you can install Linux on this.
WHat RAM do you have installed? I read that the MB has problems with micron ICs of the Ram so you need to buy either Hynix or Samsung ICs. I saw Corsair Vengeance sticks but i'm not sure what ICs are on it. What is your experience?
Hi, According to Lenovo's own spec sheet, you can go up to Core i7-6700T psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PDF/ThinkCentre/ThinkCentre_M900_Tiny/ThinkCentre_M900_Tiny_Spec.PDF
It was just a demonstration of taking the PC apart. I try to leave the thermal paste part out. It always sparks some kind of criticism no matter what I do, how much paste to use etc.... Or in this case, not do :P
I can't believe how effortlessly you got the case back on. That thing is a pain.
i would replace thermal paste and put metal heat sink of adata m2 its in box. also m2 slots middle plastic should be remove..
What about the slot for wifi, that tiny pc need an external antenna ? great video
There is the m.2 wifi, behind the sata ssd
What is the RAM capacity and SSD storage capacity on this pc? Also, do you know if I could install Linux OS on it instead of Windows?

Can we change the fan?
Hello maybe you can help me. I have a choice between m900 and m910q everything seems the same except one comes with windows 10 other 11, same price
The Win 10 has one less pin and cannot upgrade. However, I chose that one because it had Win 10 Pro and I do not like Win 11s architecture.
Good
Thanks
Would you know any reccomendation for cpu upgrade?
