@@simonabbott725 all of them sound like farts in a can, sound is subjective but I got a Helsinki and after using it for a while I can’t stand any of the jbl Bluetooths. There all tinny harsh shrill and have heavy dsp trying to make them sound like something there not. Thankfully jbl price gouged all their products a year ago so I got what I payed for all my jbls on the used market 🤣🤦♂️

I just bought myself a Bose sound link colour 2 only last week so who am I to talk lol 🤦🏻♂️ I remember buying a TEAC midi system brand new for £200 back in the day with way better sound performance than any of these Bluetooth speakers and all you really pay for today is over priced Bluetooth tec maybe it's just my way of thinking but I'm sure there are many that would agree

I wonder why they don't go with coaxial speakers, meaning the tweeter is in the middle of the driver. Then, they could probably do two 2-way speakers in the Charge, and maybe the Flip if they go with circular and not oval drivers.

does it have lossless bluetooth transfering? pretty soon lossless audio is going to be the standard in a few years
i just searched it up and qualcomm, one of the major cpu producers for many phones, announced that in 2022 they will have their first lossless bluetooth-capable chip. that makes me think that since there currently isnt a phone even capable of lossless bluetooth sharing then they probably havent done it with the speakers yet either. really excited though, cant wait till 2022

It has partyboost which is compatible with flip 5, so you are wrong. It’s literally in the video dude

Yes, yours is already old today...
The minimum volume is still too high and if i go further down it just drops to zero. Feels like it goes from 10% of volume to 0% in just one click. How can i solve this and get more intermediate controls, like 5% or 2 % volume? Thank you
If on android you can get a player app with preamp control in the EQ settings but it will only work with that app and thats about it. Nothing else you can do. Unless you have a rooted android i think then you can use system wide EQ.

a charge 5 will produce more bass due to more displacement space in the larger speakers. I have one myself and the volume increase over a flip 5 makes the flip 5 sound tinny in comparison. I know the flip 5 is not the flip 6 but the bass will stay almost the same

Up to 1m for 30 minutes but Id avoid salt water like the plague. Pools only.

I dont think so, I have a Flip 5 and a Lot of my friends also have jbl speakers and Like Base music but that membrane Thing was never a Problem :)
