I believe that this might be a home designed by C.F.A. Voysey; certainly one of the best early 20C British architects. It certainly has all the hallmarks of his designs. Thanks guys
GOOD MORNING GUYS! When Ned and Ed are with you, the exploration is much better! Ed makes me laugh every time. How many times have you been caught in a property and told to leave? I’ve seen some that you were very close to being caught, but never face to face. Roger in Pierre South Dakota USA
I can imagine this house was beautiful at one time. Dream house for someone who loves big windows & floral wallpaper & curtains. Someone like me ☺ & yeh that separate bit through the heavy wooden door upstairs would have been a rental property. I once considered renting a house like that myself years ago.
Ive just watched this one after a few of the others, and I think ive been in this house when the family lived there in around 1978/9. I remember been shown around and the central green bath was unusual. My Father in laws Sister and her husband were the Housekeeper and Gardener and they lived in the smaller second part house attached through the ornate door. It was a very beautiful house back in the day and the gardens were amazing.
The three musketeers…the best combo, the only fools & horses references crack me up! I laughed a lot at many comments! Loved this place, with some oddities and strange set up. The last 3 minutes of this video are classic comedy! What a trio! 😂
You know the old saying 'If walls could talk '. We need it in this house ! To me it looks like it was built 20s or 30s but definitely a 70s kitchen ! What a wonderful place a bit spooky in places though !
This home is in great shape. It looks like it may have been a boarding house. The wood in the attic looks good. I really hope someone restores it. Also great kitchen. Loved watching, thanks for sharing.
What a house, would absolutely love to live in that. I can picture how beautiful it was and how beautiful it can be again. I'm with you Alex, that second big bathroom was definitely an eight, Ed can't see past old tiles and decor. I'm assuming it's been sold and I'd *love* to see it when it's all done up and renovated, it's going to be beautiful ❤️ Loved this explore guys, have a great week, see you next Sunday 😘👍
Great explore, massive, in drastic need of an update but would be spectacular if that happened, no leaky roof so that's an asset. I reckon the lesser part was perhaps a granny annex or live-in housekeeper/nanny.
That place was amazing. I think it was two house's. I loved where it was located out in the country side. Great find. Thank you for another great adventure.
Excellent find Alex. Maybe they had related family member living there too. Latches on both sides of the door was weird. Does Ed actually take anything in? He always seems to be in a rush.😂
Such a beautiful home...Even the curtains are hung so perfectly...This would be a beautiful home if it was gutted! I love all the old doors and door knobs! They just don't build homes like this any more...I love the leaded glass windows! This home is so quaint and has so much character! I also love the magnolia tree in the front garden! So beautiful! Thank you so much..........
wow great video alex what a lovely house, such a shame, beautiful place, thanks for sharing, and always good when eddie tags along, amazing house, brilliant video, look forward to yr next upload x
I love the house. I’d say it was built in the 1930’s makes me think of Noel Coward. I imagine back when it was in its glory, filled with beautiful furniture and decor, it would have been magnificent! I hope the developers keep the amazing staircase and remaining features. The house also reminds me of the old black and white films 🎥’Film Noir’ definitely had haunted vibes! What will they do with the Urn!? 👻
Cool house and a bit spooky! That horse's head in the hallway came from the stuffed horse in that red room and the head was on it at the beginning but not when you walked through as you were leaving.?????
What a beautiful old house , A bit weird inside ? but so full of potential . I think Ned put the horses head in the hall as it wasn't there when you went in . Spooky !!! Thanks for the trip round . Stuart in Canada ..
The fireplace is nice big rooms could be a nice home for some one if the roof was fixed and things put in the garden and placed cleaned up and painted guys
Did you ask Ned whether he'd put that horse head in the middle of the corridoor? I was sure i had seen it in one of the bedrooms! A bit creepy if you ask me, but great explore.
Who dares wins. You guys win hands down with me and iv watcheda lot of exploring vids but your win hands down cause its all in this country. You are banging . Thank you ❤ love waiting you lot. ❤
It's pretty terrible some of these places are left to be forgotten and neglected. Aside from mold and probably wood rot, it would make a great home. Something must have happened quickly for them to leave it like that.
Would like to say thank you everyone in chat Sorry I couldn't talk to you last night as you know I'm an old man fell asleep Well on Alex Paul the hard work keep it up mate see you later😊🤙🤙
Alex, is Ned your brother or does he model himself on you? 😂 Waited almost 24 to watch this because my other half was at work and would KILL me if he missed it. What an incredible house, those stairs!! Love you guys and thanks for another superb video. 😊
Def got money. Notice the John Lewis underlay !hse and grounds are fab. Unreal how people leave hse with expensive possessions left inside, madness. How the other half live x
Alex… as I have said before… you sound like Sean Connery. You should be commanding special forces. You never get emotional and stay even keel. I love your « Sh..sh » to keep everyone calm.
The roof must of had a leek so the roof needs fixing which can cost alot of money maybe the family could not pay it or could not get someone to fix it looks like they left the house and moved to another home

Looks like it was abandoned in the 80s. That Union Jack looks like the Falklands era. Do you know what happened to them?
A shame to see a family house deteriorating like this
That's not olive green, it's avocado. Very trendy in the 70s.
The attic might have been used as a darkroom for photographic processes.
The three musketeers…the best combo, the only fools & horses references crack me up! I laughed a lot at many comments! Loved this place, with some oddities and strange set up. The last 3 minutes of this video are classic comedy! What a trio! 😂
Nice one Grant, glad you're enjoying the explores with Ned n Edd.

Another great explore! Thank you Alex, Ned and Edd for the tour! Just replace the sheets of plaster board with the mold and paint, Move in ready!

It was a really cool place this, more of the same next week 😁👍👍
The windows are lovely. That kitchen could be beautiful
Great explore, massive, in drastic need of an update but would be spectacular if that happened, no leaky roof so that's an asset. I reckon the lesser part was perhaps a granny annex or live-in housekeeper/nanny.
I love the way the light comes in through the windows in this room .
That place was amazing. I think it was two house's. I loved where it was located out in the country side. Great find. Thank you for another great adventure.
Check the footage at 9:01 and 23:10 for comparison. The toy horse head was DEF not there earlier. Seems that house may have been haunted.
I think ned put it there
What a thorough time Alex and Pompeye, you are going to spoil us,have us eating out of your hand.🙏I will ride under your standards anytime sir.
Too kind Fred, more of the same next week, another old Tudor Mansion 🤫

Ed is legendary!
Excellent find Alex. Maybe they had related family member living there too. Latches on both sides of the door was weird. Does Ed actually take anything in? He always seems to be in a rush.😂
.. loll. he was looking for the other safe
Very much in the style of Edwin Lutyens or possibly by the man himself . A great architect and busy in the South of
England in the 1920s .
I like your channel is the best in the world 🌎🌎

I think this home was a duplex! Two family home! Cool house!
Beautiful leaded windows, looks like someone was starting to redo & got over their head or died trying. So sad! Lovely place minus the mold.
The beam from the ceiling that wasn't INTEGRAL was holding up the Stairway. Lol

Wow what a beautiful house. Is the whole house going to be knocked down? If so that's a huge shame.
That stuck door might have some body's behind it...LOL.LOL.SHORTY 😂
Coldness or tempature change in a room indicates spirits.
Where did Ned go?😳
Be safe and careful 😊👍🙏
