I understand your point, I do feel like that sometimes. Especially when we explored those houses on the cliff edge where they weren't allowed back in, but obviously we went inside. I hope they have there items insured, I know it won't cover the sentimental.
The owner has been in and cleared out all of the main valuables as seen there were all gone! With the safe left wide open things like the Pravda handbag are a write off and a claim off the insurance (hoping that they were insured) but jewellery would be sent to be professionally cleaned and worn again with any that had melted claimed for. All clothes left are ruined and again claimed for along with toys and even the pictures that were taken down and stored by the front door.

A friend of mine had a house fire and crack heads broke in and slept in their. Went thru the stuff he left in his loft too. I would be seriously pi**ed if I saw my house on youtube after a fire while waiting for insurance. This isnt an abandoned property

I'd get rid of him before he lands you in a heap of trouble. His whole demenanour goes against the code. Leave nothing but footprints, take only photographs.
Great that they kept the gardener(s) on. Those grounds are beautiful, to have deer around must be a really nice affluent rural area. Sad for them to loose everything but no doubt they'll enjoy replacing it all when the insurance comes in, hopefully they were insured?

This really caused a conflict in me. Having helped my Dad after his house fire I was angered by this video. You are highlighting all the goods in the house of which the owners havent 'abandoned' but left due to a fire. My Dad was banned from re'entering his house on safety grounds so it may be the same here, imagine being the owner and finding a video on youtube of strangers picking around your lost home. Really dont agree with the video, your picking bones of a fresh accident. Sad guys, very sad. Lets hope nothing like this happens to you and someone videos picking through your belongings
Accident or intentional? Planning permission to replace such luxury homes/mansions with multiple high end dwellings is often granted very quickly after the insurance is agreed. The value of these new homes massively exceeds the value of the original building. It's very difficult to obtain planning permission to replace these types of buildings, and almost impossible if they are classed as a listed. This is probably why you see a spate of mansion fires in particular areas.
I enjoy watching urban exploring but I do take a dim view of this house, a family home being visited / entered into. I do feel it's not one of those houses to explore!!!!!! I object to explorers going through owners personel belongings. Even least where there maybe children's personal belongings present. It takes Exploring to a whole new level!!!!!! This video shouldn't have been aired personally. If it was my home, I would have been devastated as if the trauma of the fire was not serious enoughon it's own😢
Very sad. I lost everything in a housefire. I wouldn't say they left everything behind... more like they are hoping to salvage what they can. I don't see this the same as abandoned homes nobody wishes to return to. Trespassing should be a crime no matter where people live. This is just too sad to have people rummaging through when it's clear it's not abandoned. These people have suffered a lot money wise and emotionally. The last thing they need is people nosing around for views.

The family are probably living in a hotel or temporary accommodation. Till the repar work is done. Look like it's going to be a massive job. So it's not really abandoned. Such a shame. This is just rifling through people's private property if I'm honest.

Difficult to watch this one - such a beautiful house with fantastic grounds and pool - just missing its roof ! 😥 I’m guessing this was a recent fire and after making safe things inside have just been left. Surprised that the place is not better secured. Fortunately the garden is being cared for so hopefully the repairs and renovations will start soon.🤞 Great video and as always your compassion shows 👍
It was a chance find this, drove past a Mansion with fencing up and thought we'd check it out. I did feel weird looking through this place, but I hope the family are all OK!

this one is close to me and i actualy had to go a different way home as the fire engines shut the road, as many of you have asked the fire started in the loft according to local reports at the time, i ocasionaly use the pub opposite , reason ive only commented is because i usualy watch on a smart tv these days but happen to have the lappy out tonight ,thourughly enjoyed the vid keep up the great work

There's a hotel at a train station in Scotland that has had scaffolding up for years now. The council are paying *65k per month* to keep the scaffolding up as it's unsafe and the owner isn't responding to correspondence. Unbelievable eh, 65k every month out of the council budget, beggars belief doesn't it 😲

Only to have strangers rifling through their things they have every intention of returning to. And now, there's a video on the internet inviting vandals and thieves too! I only hope the owners see this and can afford to install some fresh security to hopefully head off all the miscreants you've effectively invited.

Looked like maybe a chimney fire was source. 20:23 shows the whole chimney exposed and completly burned black from the base upwards, which would have easily ignited the adjacent walls and roof timbers. So sad, this would be truly heartbreaking to any family, wealthy or not!
This is horrific to see it like that all the persons life just left damaged .. so so sad hope who ever house it was got out ok .. and saved all the important stuff photos etc ..
Strange that there is very little smoke damage , you would expect to see black stains running down the walls but it’s clean, the owners weren’t very particular, draws & cupboards with just junk in them
You're way wrong about the Pioneer tv, when they came out their plasma screens ( which that one was) were the best you could get, I paid £1800 for one when a high end crt tv was £500. There was also an Arcam surround sound amp, that was probably a £10k home cinema setup back in the mid/late 90s

This used to be Ronnie Corbett's house, it was sold to a famous boy band member who was accused of rape. On his acquittal someone allegedly set fire to his house (obviously didn't agree with the verdict).
Very recent I suspect as the grounds are expertly manicured. Fire has always been my biggest fear. What a beautiful home this once was. Such devastation.
Yikes this house seen better days why leave food in the fridge when it will rot away which most all abandoned homes there is always food left behind and all those movies the DVDs could have been donated to somewhere.

This is still someone’s home and will be going through the insurance, they would have propped up the ceilings to prevent further damage.

What a stunning house, fire and flood are every homeowners nightmare. Wouldn't surprise me that it could a footballer or celebrity as you can see how beautiful it was, what a shame, hope they were well insured.

Could of been a 💡⚡ electric fault caused the fire very sad for family hope the home will be done up and they can put there furniture back in lovely garden

This used to be Ronnie Corbett's house, it was sold to a famous boy band member who was accused of rape. On his acquittal someone allegedly set fire to his house (obviously didn't agree with the verdict).
If you mean the JLS guy, then from photos online you can clearly see it's a different mansion, not to mention that happened quite a while ago.
Very recent I suspect as the grounds are expertly manicured. Fire has always been my biggest fear. What a beautiful home this once was. Such devastation.
Yikes this house seen better days why leave food in the fridge when it will rot away which most all abandoned homes there is always food left behind and all those movies the DVDs could have been donated to somewhere.
I don't think donating DVDS was on thier list of priorities after having thier home gutted
such a huge shame.
