He is a danger to himself. He is a danger to others. This is a safety concern. It sounds like he may need to be sedated- given medication to be sleepy and just watch TV and sleep. There are facilities equipped to handle patients like this. The most loving thing to do for him and the entire family is to keep everyone safe from him, including himself.

Most people are appalled at hearing my story, its not common for people to have to interact with a violent psychotic person.
