Yeah that's because the hybrid versions where manufactured first but slowly they finally will deliver the 300ps and 310ps St Leon. I think we will see more reviews in a few weeks.
yea me too! was waiting for a leon cupra petrol engine review. thought this was announced in late 2019 early 2020? but no reviews till 1 year later... finally there's one!

Ive been a golf fanboy my whole life,ive got a golf 7,but this cupra is in every way better than the new golf,cheaper,better looking,buttons at least on the steering wheel,has a spare tyre.Great job Seat
You can get a spare tyre for Golf too, and you can get a Seat without one.

@@xIcarus227 I do know that but when you look at cupras interior it’s better cause it has a better quality like copper and stuff and looks better in my opinion that why prefer over the gti too cause gti interior feels a bit more cheaper than a Dacia sadero so

I had a SEAT Ibiza for as my first car and I just loved it to bits. Stearing was spot on and cornered at my desired speed. Having a SEAT in South Africa also felt special coz they are really unique on the roads. If only I can have this new Cupra 🤤
I love the Cupra copper logo, accents and even the interior aesthetics. Quite tempted by the Formentor and I never thought I’d see the day when I’d consider getting an SUV!
Love how happy you look when driving the Cupra......it does have that effect. I am always smiling when driving my 290.
Why would anyone prefer a GTI over this Cupra? It looks better, better value for money. Oh wait, depreciation...

Only GTI lovers buy the GTI, this Cupra is so much better and cheaper
These hold their money well, and seat will discount a lot more than VW will anyway. Often VW wont discount at all, seat will by 10% minimum.
I wish we could get this in the states.

Amazing review of an amazing car. I increasingly feel that car journalists are out of touch with "ordinary" cars, having had their opinions skewed by driving supercars and hypercars every other day, but Rory nailed this! I have test driven this car and this review echoed my experience in almost every aspect. I have now placed an order for one it is so good.

I like the interior lighting feature that let's you know there's someone in your blind spot - much better than the tiny lights in the side mirrors.

To me the Leon has always been a nice looking car. I’m on my second one now. Unfortunately not the firebreathing Dragon as shown in this video. I think I might have to start putting the lottery on! Great video as always 👍🏽😀

This is one of the most appealing cars on the market out now. I just can't describe it but the new Leon has really captivated me since I first saw it.
It looks beautiful and more aggressive than the new golf and 2021 fabia!

Good god Cupra needs to bring their cars to the US, things like the Formentor wouldn't be able to sit on the lot for more than a day before being snatched up.
For me, the only rivals to this is the A35. They did a fantastic job, I never thought I would consider a seat in my top car wish list ever, I'm eager to see what they will bring in the coming years.
I think they will put something juicy in 2 to 3 years i think a 500hp car

Why do people always compare this with the GTI? This absolutely destroys the GTI. It should be compared to a Golf R. The last cupra beats the golf R in a rolling race because of the 4wd in golf R, I've done it so many times 😂😂😂 only time will tell how good it is. Cupra is always underrated
Not to mention the looks, the leon looks miles better its not even a comparison.
Every hot hatch that comes to the market is compared to the GTI or R because it lays the benchmark for this class.
it has done for 40 + years.VW could make the GTI or the R a lot faster.why would they when they make the RS3.
the seat or cupra will never be as good as the GTI .how do we know.take a look around you.

Meh, I wouldn't personally chose a matt finishes, but as long as its a choice I have no issues with them.
