I don’t see a living ahamkara being here so likely the form we will see will be the remains of one killed during the great hunt. Perhaps the final boss will be amongst the remains of an ahamkaras bones and it will tie into the mechanics

It is a taken and scorn dungeon so, it could come back to life, also what is see is at the top of the castle where the green energy thingy is there is a divot so the bones could be there a taken ahamkara could rise up, perch on the floating rock, and the guardians are on the wall be hind it and do damage through the mouth like riven.
@@Ghostkiller8794 I’m all for another mini riven styled fight but idk if there going to let us have it. Would be cool since obviously we won’t have all the space like in lw if they add 2 realms so there’s the normal and accendant where maybe you do your damage and you have a timer to leave before it wipes you.

@@its_elijah2169 kinda unless they decide to have it resurrected. An uncorrupted ahamkara could be a very unique boss as we’ve only ever seen riven who was taken
Wouldn’t have hated a dreaming city dungeon but I love earth raids/dungeons and I love snow places like rise of iron.
Personally hoped we’d get another. Dreaming city is by far my favourite location in destiny. Imagine a mini last wish wish and the end was one of Rivens uncorrupted eggs to tie perfectly into the season.

I would like to point it out that the "Lukacs" name (a Warlord used) is often used as a familyname in Hungary. It's a neat thing we have interesting names every now and then
I have a feeling the Scorn version of Craask, Kell of Kings is going to be the Final Boss for this. I’ve been waiting to see this for a while. They left the fate of Craask ambiguous since Rise of Iron and Forsaken.
maybe he survived somehow and is leading the scorn that were once part of the house of kings, it would be an interesting twist

I think, in general, I'm just happy to see Earth and dark ages lore. I prefer show over tell, and I wish we could've seen those days more.
The Hunter cloak goes hard. I'm a fan of having a lot of utility-like items on my Hunter, so being able to have Ice Picks will be pretty sweet.

Ngl the image for the dungeon keeps me almost vibes from when we were ridding savathuun of her worm and that weird Spirit Hive worm God was there circling the spiral I almost think we might fight some hive, definitely looks like hive magic with their green glow
It's possible that xivu wants her throne world so she wants the wish dragon that's there and sent taken and scorn to inspect the place
I 100% bet shaxx is going to be involved, last season we had that new FOTL diolouge from him, and i highly doublt bungie paid for his VA to voice that one line for a holiday event...

Theory, possible fourth race “the ahamkara” the rebirth of an old race long dead. As the lore says they used the light. This season we are collecting the eggs afterall. Just throwing that out there.
Fallen dungeon for sure, I was thinking Europe at first but now seeing the sky it's definitely on earth.

I actually think Shaxx will be part of it, hopefully with Saladin reminiscing about an old battle against an Ahamkara. When Shaxx got a couple lines in FotL, I figured they brought in some random VA to do it that sounded the same. Nope it was Lennie James still. He's way too big of an actor to bring in(pay) if that was all they were going to do, just a few lines. It may not be til the FS, but he's much more likely than not to have a role in content soon
Oh another scorn/taken thing huh, the image of the area looks cool but more scorn/taken again like that and cabal kinda sick of fighting them in a lot of the recent season activity’s I know it’s the witness army but seeing yellow/kings or a siva fallen faction models would’ve been a slight breath of fresh air.
The arhamkara wish powers are probably from a large bone or corpse that’s left intact in the castle that the scorn/taken are trying to grab properly Xivu’s orders as she’s most likely the acting leader while the witness is gone, heck she could be trying to use wish magic to get her throne world back
I just hope the weapojs are cool. I was happy with the armor save for the helmets. More fur is always welcome.

The term "warlord" has always been used to describe dark age rouge lightbarers, make no sense it would be Xivu.
The dungeon looks pretty cool but I can't help but be dissapointed, warlords aren't exactly important to the current story and the scorn and the taken are both mindless enemies, this is shaping up to be yet another utterly unimportant dungeon like most of them. They were going in the right direction with Ghosts of the deep, but that dungeon and shatterred throne are still the only ones that actually matter. Why couldn't we have it be a final confrontation with Eramis in the unexplored parts of Riis reborn, or a battle with a worm god? Or anything with actual signifigance. There's still a chance that a taken Eramis shows up or something, but I doubt it.
Pretty big calls on its lore importance considering it isnt even out yet

The scorn came to be through wish magic and house of kings. Maybe the remaining kings are trying to undo the wish. The scorn and taken are trying to stop that and also gain the wish magic.

@@dropkick3024 It was a mix of leaks (namely the Nanomunitions trait) and the fact that we havent had an all Fallen dungeon that really got my hopes up for Sivas possible return :/

Has to be when shack was a war lord. I can't see it being any other way. It's the Amhakara skull over Shax that makes me think it all makes sense
Just realised that the season of the wish is dragon ball z. Dragon ball z you collect dragons balls for the wish and now in desting 2 you collect the eggs. Shenron from dragon ball z grants wishes and Riven from Destiny 2 grants wishes. They are both dragons

I'm incredibly disappointed that the dungeon armor is not warlord themed. Instead we got extreme mountain climbing/Europa gear.
When I first saw the image (on the leaks discord), I genuinely thought it was from a different game or something, I have high hopes for the dungeon (considering everything going on right now), though I have seen potential leaks about it being in the Ascendant plane and with a catapult mechanic, while I think they're fake I hope it's just purely in the castle.

All I've wanted is an emblem called through the fire and flames. I just want to play DragonForce while playing wearing that emblem. I've wanted it since D1 and I've posted it on the forums once a year still no emblem

I find myself at a crossroads with Destiny 2, a game I once held in high regard. The trust and honor that were once the foundation of this gaming universe have been systematically dismantled in the pursuit of monetization. It’s disheartening to witness a development/decision-making team prioritize short-term financial gains over the long-term health of the game.
The constant barrage of paywalls, each more imposing than the last, makes it feel like every new glimmer of light in Destiny 2 is overshadowed by the looming darkness of shameless cash grabs. Even as a dedicated player, the sense of loyalty is waning in the face of decisions that seem to disregard the player base’s experience for the sake of the bottom line.
It’s disconcerting to see a once-beloved universe tarnished by what feels like a disregard for the community’s investment, both emotionally and financially. Destiny 2, a game that once brought joy and excitement, now leaves a bitter taste as it succumbs to a seemingly insatiable appetite for monetization

I don’t know why but I got the armour from the Dungeon already 😅 I promise I didn’t hack or whatsoever I just bought the Witcher bundle and wanted to put it on my Hunter , I look at the ornaments and I see “Dark Age” armour. I don’t know how is this possible. But I am being 101% honest I didn’t hack my game because I don’t even know how to even start 😂😅
It's a bug and only exists in transmog. You don't have the armor, but you can see what it looks like.

Whoever made the armor fumbled hard in my honest opinion it looks like a generic europa set that we should have gotten back in beyond light. When i heard the name of the dungeon was called "Warlords Ruin" i was hoping for something in line of what we got in rise of iron back in the day. That to me screams "Warlord" and would have fit thematically better with the dungeon overall. So overall i cant say im excited for the dungeon the weapons aren't interesting to me nor the armor (except the titan helmet).

It is a female warlord. In Spanish they used "señorA" for lord. "A" being a femenine pronoun for lord in Spanish. Its probably Xivu.
Xivu is a weird idea. Why would would xivu mortal now be on our home world where we have an advantage
