Does it mean anything if an item price won't pull up? I've been watching a specific doll for a few weeks. Every time I've gone in there the doll would scan. Now the app says price unavailable. Everything else in store scanned just fine for me though.

I would ask an employee to scan it and give you a price. Thats weird not showing a price on the app when scanning.
How do you know the on hand count without getting the barcode scanned?
