I loved this one so much and it fit my vibe a lot more. They did, however, have extra fees which would bring that $1713 up to like 1800/month before utilities :(
Def do a WI. The prices are so much better but not sure the best areas to look
@@ceciliaz9983 In the areas I was looking in to still make IL money, the prices were roughly maybe only $200-300 cheaper. Not sure that’s worth it to be in an area where I don’t have as many things to do😩😩
