Never, never, NEVER hand money to panhandlers!!! No matter what scam sob story they hand you!!! There are nearly as many homeless-low-no money charities to help them as there are PEOPLE in those circumstances...legitimately! Give to the charities, not the panhandlers!! Don't be a fool and support them!
You're wasting your breath. Fool and his money....
The disabled guy here stands up when you roll down you window..... It's like hey!
I hope the 45-year-old woman is also charged with child endangerment for putting a 17-year-old into traffic.
Yes, like teach him to pull scams over the phone instead of on the road, right! 😂😂😂
@@Catlover1974 True. An additional charge would be "Contributing to the delinquency of a child", regardless of whether or not the kid was also put in physical danger.
@@redbloodedbutterfly the “17-year-old children” were probably the ones who gave Mom that idea in the first place after learning about it online. 😂😂
This has been going on forever in So-Cal and it will keep going on so long as bored purposeless rich housewives keep handing out their husband's cash to the con artists and child abusers.
There doing this in Chicagoland also. It's nothing but a scam
