Well you COULD mention that he literally got himself raped to get home(since he literally could not deny a goddess advances and expect to ever see his family again) but the (not too violent)lovestory they seem to be going for works better if thats not mentioned.
Also would've loved to hear about their bed, the trojan war itself, the sheet penelope was weaving but it IS a long story abridged to the most necessary parts
