This is a brilliant episode. So many references to the episode 'Snow'. Gordon being silly and showing off with the giant snow machine. Poor Percy, but at least Gordon got what was coming to him in the end.
Already this is my favorite episode of NWR Flashbacks. I love how it takes place during the events of 'Snow' (especially since it could explain why Percy was stuck at the beginning of said-episode), and even the model of the Snow Machine. I laughed so much when Gordon was causing delays than clearing the snow w/ said machine and later getting stuck himself but later redeeming himself rescuing Percy by the end. I kinda wish we got that episode instead of Gordon & the Gremlin, especially since descriptions of Snow mistakingly said it was a Gordon episode when really he plays a minor role in it.
Good to see a reference to Season 5 as it came out the same year I was born and I've always loved the classics seasons 1-5 of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends as they did follow the Railway Series books by the Rev W Awdry and his son Christopher Awdry and I became familiar with them too. Ah, memories from my childhood.
Great work. With characters like Murdoch and Philip cameoing, I'm a little surprised this takes place during the episode "Snow". But hey, it's superb getting to see more of what the snow machine is like. And bizarre it caused Percy to get stuck in a snowdrift. 😮
Such a funny looking rotary snow plow compared to the ones you see in Canada and the U.S. Though im glad i could finally see a virw of it then just the side on shot in that episode Snow. I wonder what the Island of Sodor engines would say to the type of snow drifts you often see in the snow Notth American continent or heck even Russia.

Now that was pretty genius of expanding the Season 5 finale, aka Snow, like that by explaining how Gordon got his Snow Machine and all that. ^^
Loved the season 5 incorporation with this. Gives the snow machine the spotlight it deserves.

Nice to see Murdoch & Phillip in the story.
And Fergus too.

That sure is a Great NWR Tales Episode at that, Love the Snow Episode Reference too.👍
Great episode! I love how this took place during "Snow"
Thank u as well for keeping the spirit of T&F alive for all of us!
Maybe not a spectacular as some others, but snow is another good season 5 episode. I like how this episode connects to it.
Brilliant story. Enjoyed watching this so much.

Seasons 19-22 take place in the 1960's and seasons 5-11 take place in the 70's in his timeline.
Best episode yet! Like Snow
Already has my like 👍

Like how you use a minor prop that was only seen once and make a brilliant story that ties into the episode that it was feature in! 😄👍🏻
Literally the other side of “Snow” ep before the end when Gordon burried himself with machine.
That was like the season 5 episode "Snow" but more detailed and without Skarloey's scene.
*5
@@NWR1991 Oh, my mistake.
Excited to see this episode that takes place during Snow (even tho I hate the episode).
Why do you hate that episode?
@@ThomasFisher-jr6bn Becuase that episode treats avalanches as a joke. And there's nothing funny about it, people have died in them.
im excited for this
GOOD VIDEO 📹 😊
Murdock looks good in BR Green
How come Murdoch is green?
He was painted orange for a short amount of time due to BR owning Murdoch when he arrived in 1968 (according to the timeline for this series).
@@thesudriana016It’s because BR own the rights to the colour until they’d went with BR corporate blue and white during the 1970s
