From experience for that range I'd say the Arken Optics Zulus ZHD520R (www.arkenoptics.uk/vibfok), or the Pard DS35-70RF (from Sportsman Gun Centre); both are quite different styles so you should handle them to see which suits you best. Both are HD colour by day & HD B&W by night, have built-in adjustable IR illuminators, plus include built-in laser rangefinders with ballistic calculators. Thanks for watching, feel free to share, cheers. Russ
Never taken to this manufacturer - everyone I’ve been shown by my local RFD has been unnecessarily heavy and since I’m a fan of the short, compact and portable I’ve never considered buying one. If you shoot a lot from a bench set up then it may be worth considering but for the sort of shooting I do which involves lots of walking over fields, streams and around woods etc there are more suitable guns out there.
@@grahamedwards9920 It was ok and I know some folk love them, but I wasn't impressed by the low shot count or the way the lower action dug into the back of my upper hand while holding the pistol grip. Thanks for watching, cheers. Russ
@@RussDouglas222thanks Russ - I think my earlier observations may have been triggered by frustration over the recent purchase of a BRK Ghost in FAC that was brilliant to shoot off the bench testing a variety of pellets etc but when it actually came to field work I found old age and health issues made it just too heavy to carry for the long distances involved so it’s up for sale. I have found your reviews particularly interesting and there has never been a wider choice of air rifles than there is now, whatever the intended purpose.👍
@@grahamedwards9920 Have you tried handling an @airmaks Krait? Precision accuracy, very light, fully upgradeable (available in three lengths)... I love both my .177" Krait and .22" Krait Lite. 👌🤓🎯 Cheers. Russ
@@RussDouglas222 spot on Russ - it’s currently top of the list and of course I’ve watched your review countless times. Actually looked at one his afternoon together with several others, Katran, Vixen etc. The RFD said an FAC would take a little longer to get in and perhaps I should have a good long think about which would suit me best🤔 - sounds sensible. Thanks Russ👍
@@grahamedwards9920 Thank-you for watching, I'm considering swapping my FX M3 .22" FAC rifle for a .22" FAC AirMaks rifle. My dilemma is always that longer barrels are more efficient for PCP rifles, but I love compact/portable rifles. Also larger bottles are commonly used - but fortunately my Krait is so efficient I believe I won't be so dependent on a larger bottle. Although Hawke are now the UK distributors, Chris at UK.CDRGuns still sets-up all rifles, and I have 100% confidence in him. Cheers. Russ
Enjoyed a video that as it should be unlike most of the sales reps 👍👍
A good honest review. 👍🏻
Thanks very much Nick, and thanks for watching.
Cheers. Russ
Thanks Russ
Thanks for watching Steve (please share to spread the word), hopefully I didn't omit anything. 🤓
All the best, cheers. Russ
See you Friday hopefully russ travelling down from Liverpool with a couple of mates 👍
Nice one John, I'll be there somewhere. 🤓
All the best, cheers. Russ
What's a good day night scope for my fx ppc wildcat shooting out to 90 metres willing to pay 2.000

@@roberthowe2910 Cheers.
Yep it started-out fine though, so hopefully such issues will be ironed-out.
Thanks for watching, cheers. Russ
😘💕👍
It looks like crap
Can.t argue with that...
It just needs some reg/valve tuning, as it's already very accurate. 🤷🏻♂️
Thanks for watching, cheers. Russ
