  • The benefits of journaling are widely celebrated across many fields. I have seen journaling being prescribed by psychologists, philosophers, religious institutions, and professional development specialists. I have not seen a lot of people talking about how you can journal if you do not like to write. I know a lot of people that dislike writing for whatever reason, and I don't want to leave them out. So if you happen to be one of those that hate to write maybe this video is for you.

      Thanks for the comment. I have found great joy in practicing art as a way of journaling recently and really love the freedom of expression it gives me. I'm glad you are gonna try some of these out.
