Thank you for sharing. I have only purchased a Tory Burch bag from VC. I prefer EBay because of their customer service. Always use a credit card to purchase because they will back which ever platform you choose.
Yeah I also use credit cards or some after-pay service such as Klarna when shopping on these platforms just for extra safety. I haven’t tried Ebay yet but maybe I should give it a chance as well
It's good to hear positive experiences about VC. I've been too scared to buy (one item in particular) because I know if I receive it and it's not authentic, they will make ME sell it on! 😮

I'm with you on this. I've bought a few things, and as far as I know, they are authentic and as described. I haven't had them authenticated elsewhere, though. But because of Mary's video and experiences she shared, I won't take the risk anymore.
I have had both good and bad experiences with VC. Buying: I bought a Chanel bag that was a counterfeit. I went back to VC and they re-authenticated it and still claimed it was authentic so they would not take it back. Selling: I sold a Loewe bag that they claimed came from a private sale even though I had proof of purchase from the Loewe store. I insisted that there was the invoice etc. and in the end they agreed but my sale had already been canceled. So VC still paid me and I believe they put it up for sale on their profile. The whole experience was stressful...

Yeah, Mary’s experiences + other stories that are onlie make VC a scary place
Any platform IMO that doesn't have strong & quick customer support should be avoided.
