I used to be a digital authenticator for VC and yes, we get proper training to do it so, if not more than the physical authentication. The big issue is that only a small portion of the items go through our digital teams. And that’s why a lot of fake items sadly end up in the platform.
Thank you for posting this video. I recently had a bad experience on VC and would caution people from buying anything there. I purchased a gold Versace necklace that was counterfeit. I could tell because I purchased the exact matching earrings from a Versace boutique direct, and when I received the necklace it didn't match the earrings at all. The gold was way too yellow, and the metal the necklace was made of was too lightweight and cheap feeling. I also compared it with many other authentic Versace necklaces I own and have purchased in boutique. Versace always uses a very specific gold tone in their jewelry pieces and they don't deviate. The one from VC was very clearly fake when compared to my authentic pieces. I returned the fake to VC and they did a "second check", which I realize now was likely done by someone with ZERO qualified expertise. Then they came back and told me because it "matched the sellers description" it was authentic!?!? Then instead of giving me a refund, and without any further discussion, they re-listed it on my account (without my consent and against my explicit wishes) for sale as an AUTHENTIC Versace piece??!!! Unbelievable! Right away I had 2 people like it. I messaged them and told them not to buy it because it's fake. I also posted a "photo" of this story on the listing to warn others not to purchase it. I have since contacted my credit card company and filed a transaction dispute for being sold counterfeit merchandise, and have also filed a federal police report, and fraud report with my country's federal anti-fraud agency. At this point I don't even care that much about the money, retail businesses should NOT be allowed to get away with this. I will never shop with VC again.
Sorry to hear about your experience! I actually heard just recently that VC apparently trusts only their own authentication and the brand’s authentication (which brands don’t do). So it has become almost impossible to get them to admit something is inauthentic if they have originally stated it as such. So operating on that platform is definitely on everyone’s own risk
I'm really happy that so far everything has gone well with VC - but I'm hearing more & more of those bad experiences that it does make me consider more when buying/selling through them
Same here. BUT, I’ve noticed obvious fakes and contacted them because, as a seller as well as a buyer, it doesn’t help the brand when they can’t block obvious fakes. They have teamed up with Mulberry and Selfridges so it makes you wonder.

Hi, I know you posted this months ago, but I saw this pop up and I thought what you said was interesting. I’ve also bought Vivienne Westwood pieces and I’ve had a good experience with that as well. My items were also authenticated and delivered and shipped on time.
Hi! I'm happy to hear that. It has been a while since I filmed this but even after filming all my purchases have been authentic and everything has gone well so personally I don't have bad experiences but I hear more and more negative things so that makes me a bit more carefull when shopping on VC as well

This is such a great review. I’ve been using VC for several years as both a seller & buyer and I recognise so many of the scenarios you outline. Definitely worth getting items re-authenticated. Their customer service in terms of communication is terrible. Maybe they reason they resell rather than cancel the orders returned by buyers deemed to be fake is because they earn commission twice if the items is sold twice hmmmmmm

So basically a seller can just lie in the private chat, and Vestiaire (who has access to the chat) won’t do anything about it. The seller stopped reading messages. They can be REALLY hard to fight with sadly. So a tip: ASK THE SELLER QUESTIONS IN THE COMMENT SECTION, AND NOT IN THE PRIVATE CHAT!
I think it's in some of their instructions that everything mentioned in the actual text is what counts, everything else they can dismiss somehow. How I found out was I took the handbag to Fendi to get repairs done on it and it was sent to corporate in NY to get the repairs done and they couldn't do the repairs because the handbag wasn't manufacture by Fendi.
@@WithaTouchofLuxury Got my money back a week after I got in contact with VC. Had to forward/attach the email from Fendi Corporate as proof that it was a fake for VC to give me a full refund.
Bought an item there which wasn’t new even though the seller had stated it is new and unworn and even the measurements didn’t match . I showed the pictures to Vestiaire and they said the item is perfectly fine to them. I wanted to upload it to the site now but not as new as I am an honest person. They rejected the item saying me it is fake. Literally 24 hours later ! It’s not the first bad experience with them so please guys beware !
As a Seller I had in general OK-ish experience with VC, they paid in time, etc. Had several cases when my items were rejected during photo screening even when I provided a receipt, while absolutely identical items from other sellers got approved. So indeed, their legit team is not professional. They are either inexperienced or reject items when in doubt. One thing is scary though - if they are not familiar with original brands and standards, how the hell would they be capable to tell the original from a fake.
I think that's a good question. I've had some photos rejected as well; I took another photo of the same item and then suddenly it was approved. I think there's not enough transparency in who is screening the photos and with what qualifications. Are they the same people who 'authenticate' the physical items or are they different group of people? At one point I was under an impression that it was more or less photo editors who go through the photos - and edit them to fit their website - and then the actual authenticators are separate group of people. But tbh, there's too much mystery with VC's authentication to know how they actually do it :DD
This happened to me with a pair of Balenciaga speed trainers and a sweater. I bought both items preloved and had them authenticated by legitgrails. When I sell an item, I always post 8+ detailed pictures of my items, but somehow Vestiaire rejected my shoes and sweater. Meanwhile I see other listings of these items with only 3 blurry pictures.
Great video! Have been buying and selling on them for a while and experienced many issues you outlined in your video. What I find the most frustrating thing is their poor customer service. And they also like to charge more than they should such as the 12.5% currency conversion charge where most people are unaware of. And I also think they charge too high for customs and tax.
I personally don’t have experience with the currency conversion charge but 12,5% sounds soooo much! My tactic (as I live in Europe) is to buy only from here - I filter based on location because I know I’d get annoyed with added costs - but I’ve heard that the charges for customs and tax ban be big. My guess is that they are offering this ’as a service’ where they cover the actual costs and take their cut from it. All in all, the platform isn’t perfect but I haven’t found anything else as big that operates in Europe where it’s so easy to sell & buy 😅😅
@@WithaTouchofLuxury I totally agree with you! They provide a solution to a problem and is promoting recycling of second hand luxury which is great. I just hope they are more transparent and less sneaky with how they make money. And listen to the feedbacks from customers and sellers for once!
@@Luxbagsltd 100% agreed! Sometimes I have wondered who are they making the platform to as the experiences I've heard from other sellers and buyers are not great - and for the platform to make VC money they need both :DD
I sold my bag with them and it got cancelled. Now, they are keeping my bag in their possession!!! OMG they are stealing from me! I contacted them gazillion times via chat and email and they are not responding. I want to make my payment of 12USD but CHASE requires their address. They are not giving me their address in order for me to complete my payment. I’m completely shocked and I don't know what to do. Please help!!!
I’m sorry to hear that this has happened to you! That’s terrible! All my selling experiences have been positive with them + I live in Europe (don’t know if that makes any difference, they probably operate the same way in each continent…). So I don’t know how I could help in this situation 🙁 I think the only way to reach them is through chat or email. Hope you get this all sorted out soon!
@@WithaTouchofLuxury Im thinking on filing a police report and worst case scenario go the their warehouse in NY and demand back my bag. I will never use VC ever in my life again! 😞
This is a really helpful video, thank you! Still debating whether to sell here as I continue to try launching my resale business and need to reach more customers!
Thank you for watching! I have sold some items on VC and never had any issues. But the direct shipping (when you ship the item directly to the buyer and it wont’t go through VC) is always worrying 😅 I always film the item from all angles and then continue filming me packing it and shipping it. Just in case if the buyer ends up being dishonest on what they have received. But this is just for my own peace of mind; I’ve never had any issues with selling and shipping my sold items 😊

How did I miss this?! And I just got a package from Vestiaire today too! Looking forward to hearing ALL your feedback as I have some thoughts on the topic too!
EXCELLENT VIDEO! Top marks all around!👏👏 I was nodding throughout the whole thing especially the ugly part as I have read forums and seen these dodgy, too-good-to-be-true listings myself. (I almost bought a Prada Re-edition 2005 in March from the Vestiaire profile but with more scrolling realized that it was the same bag shown in 2 recently sold listings. Such a good price but it did feel dodgy as heck so I abandoned the idea.) I wish we could have a one-on-one chat about this, Poola! Really enjoyed hearing your perspective and experiences and could not agree more with your approach. I've only been buying from Vestiaire for a year, and I try not to get carried away with it. It's a great platform for its extensive inventory but for an inexperienced, first-time buyer, it can be a dangerous place for fakes. I will be recommending this video to everyone as I feel like you've touched on all the important aspects of the platform and it really is a well-presented account of what you know. Did you notice though that recently, there have been less and less of the sold listings being displayed? I always check those for price reference to see how strongly I can negotiate for something but the sold listings are so few now...
I do the same (look for the prices on already sold items)! Now that you mentioned it, it might be that VC is showing less of those… wouldn’t be surprised 😅 All in all, I see more positive than negative with the platform but one should always be aware of the risks. Thank you so much for your supportive words, Patricia 🤍 hearing this makes me very happy!
Hi i will be buying a balenciaga bag soon from vestiaire, im kind of scared because of everything people are saying about the company right now, do you get a tracking number when you make a purchase??
Thanks so much for this video. I'm considering purchasing my first bag with Vestiaire and am definitely concerned. Would you ever purchase from a seller that did not have the trusted seller or expert seller badge?
Those bagdes are given only for the time when the person is actively selling. I've had them multiple times but they are then taken from me if I don't sell anything on there. So the absence of those bagdes doesn't automatically mean that the person is untrustworthy - but of course it can also mean that the items they sell haven't been what they claim and that's why they are not given those badges even if they are active on the platform. For me I'd be more relaxed wiht bags bought from professional sellers because it's possible to return the items with no questions asked
I really enjoyed this video, Poola. I'm just exploring VC now. Sometimes the seller just doesn't respond, apparently they don't get notifications of their messages 😕
Of course there might be technical issues 😊 I’ve also had experience where the seller doesn’t respond to the public comment but they do reply to the private chat
@@WithaTouchofLuxury I just completed my very first purchase today, so I am crossing everything for a good experience 🤞🏻 oh and a quick question to they shed the product in a VC dust bag???
There will be custom fees with VC purchases in the same situations there would be custom fees from other online puchases. So it depends where you are and where the item is shipped from. Personally I only look at items that are located in Europe so there won’t be any added custom fees but if I bought from the US for instance then there would be added costs.
Yes it is! There's a small delivery fee added based on where you are and how expensive the item is. It's also possible to order from other continents to Europe but on those in addition to the delivery fee an import tax will be added
The problem with authentication is that different services will give different answers if it is fake or not, for the same bag. I personally prefer (and use) Entrupy for all the items I sell and own, because it seams to me the most scientific like method to authenticate something, since the analyses the material used with microscopic pictures. So, when I have different opinions between auth services I use to give to them.
Thank you for your comment! You are right, there’s many ’players’ out there when it comes to authenticating items. I usually trust those companies that credit card companies have approved as reliable authenticators
They provide a small tag that shows who authenticated it and some details they can use in their own processing. But they do not provide a certificate or such. Some people try to use the small tags as "authenticators" but I don't see them as proper proof of authentication, for instance if I'd try to sell on some other platform I woundln't only use the tag to prove that it has been authenticated
There will be custom fees with VC purchases in the same situations there would be custom fees from other online puchases. So it depends where you are and where the item is shipped from. @@WithaTouchofLuxury mostly it’s the same. But I received items several times, that didn’t match the description (parts where missing or the condition was worse than listed). But the VC customer service was willing to take them back, so I‘m still fine with buying there 😁
Wonderful video, thank you very much for your work and information provided! 😊 Btw, totally irrelevant but I am against buying second hand shoes. Especially if we are taking about espadrilles or ballerinas. I know cases where people got skin problems because of the original owner. Due to bacterias and other skin problems, I totally avoid that.
Thank you for this video! I’m selling my first item on VC and I know that VC takes around 18% of the money made from the sale, so you know if PayPal also takes a cut?
Unfortunately I don’t know how PayPal operates with VC as when I sell through them I always get the money directly on my bank account. Good luck with your first sell!
Hmm I don’t think I have encountered this kind of situation before. The best advice I have is that you contact their customer support and ask from them directly. Hope it gets sorted out!
What is happening to me I wouldn't wish on anyone. First I buy a bag the same as one I had already bought last year and when it arrives I realize that each one has different details and I take it to verify in the Louis Vuitton store, realizing that both bags are fake, I claim them and they send me the label and they say again that the bags are original, where even the code that one of them has inside does not match any country or the brand, the other with details that even a child realizes are false, they tell me that They will publish both bags on my account because they comply with the details of the publication and the brand, this really does not seem real that it is happening to me, how am I going to sell two bags on my profile that are fake and that they themselves sent me, So I tell them that they should accept their mistake and that they should sell it and give me my money back. I'm tired of complaining to them and they only say that they understand my situation but that they should publish it on my profile. In other words, they are forcing me to sell two fake bags. ENDS HERE, while I am in this process I receive a mini backpack that I was waiting for before realizing the aforementioned situation and upon receiving it and seeing that I did not like it I gave the option to resell before 72 hours and When I get to them they tell me that they have canceled the sale because it did not pass the quality control and that I must pay 15 euros to return said backpack, but we are talking about the backpack that they sent me authenticated and with its authentication label without taking off, So it means that they sent me a fake backpack too and they are blaming themselves without realizing it, that's where you realize that their "expert, digital and personal authenticators" are a big lie, they don't respond to my messages and now They themselves have 5,715 euros in their hands that belong to me, because I have paid 2,295 for one bag, 2,230 for another and 1,190 for the mini backpack, I am desperate with this situation.
That’s terrible! So sorry to hear this. Hope you can turn to a credit card company or similar (the payment method you used) that could help you with this 🤞
Hi! It used to be that when you picked direct shipping it didn’t have additional costs for the buyer (so VC covered for it) but now they have changed it into that the buyer always pays for shipping, doesn’t matter if it’s direct shipping or if it goes through VC’s inspection
But do they wear the items? ’Cause that’s the scenario I’m wondering: selling items that have been never worn, yet they don’t have any packaging left (box, authenticity card, receipt…) 😅😅😅
VC controls the payments. When you have accepted and the buyer actually buys the item they will pay the money to VC. Depending on if the buyer chose direct shipping or authentication by VC, VC will pay to you once the inspection part is over. So it takes some time to get the monet once the seller accepts an offer and the buyer actually buys it
I tried to negotiate but they never responded back. The only thing that I don't like is that when you accept the offer they still have a day to think about it. I learned that the hard way! LOL!! Thinking I got a sale but it turns out to be nothing. Oh well. I kinda like them better than Poshmark. Because they charge too much in fees.
Yeah that’s not a nice feature for the sellers but as a buyer it’s nice that there’s still some time to decide as you never know the outcome when you start negotating 😆 and they might be negotiating with many sellers at the same time so providing time to decide is quite nice. But I agree with you that when being a seller it’s annoying when an offer has been accepted and then they don’t end up buying it 😬
It depends on many things: how much in demand the item is (how popular it it), does the price match the item/condition etc. I have managed to sell items within a few hours to a week. But there’s also items that have been listed for months. So there’s no universal rule of how long it takes to sell there
Just having an account on the site doesn’t cost anything. So you can scroll the listings without paying. As a seller you can list items for free and only pay the commission once the item has been sold
Great video. Thankfully I only have had positive experiences with VC. But I think I will be more cautious next time. Just wondering have you items for sale currently on VC? What is your name/ profile on VC? Thanks
Thank you for watching! Currently I don’t have anything for sale on VC but my profile name is @Poolaa 😊 I’m also very happy that I have had only positive experiences but I’m very much mindful that others have had negative experiences with both buying and selling 😅
It’s legit as in it’s an actual company and the platform works as they say it works 😊 but as with all pre-owned designer pieces there are also some unauthentic pieces on the mix which VC sometimes spots and sometimes doesn’t. There’s quite a lot of people’s personal experiences with the platform out in YT; mine has always been positive 😊
Stuff from VC, espesially European sellers, is often stinky and in way worse condition than expected. Also pics and descriptions can be really crappy and even misleading. Beware.
Yes I have heard that their customer service can be very rude! Luckily that has never been the case to me but I have heard from many that they are not helpful
Why do you chase after these designer labels at great time and expense, and then present yourself in a video in an old wrinkled ill-fitting overwashed white t-shirt with a black sports bra? Tres chic, Madame. Buying someone else's used shoes? That's pretty disgusting. Worn clothes, yes, but shoes adapt and mould to your feet and will never fit anyone like the original purchaser. I'm here to sell on VC since I can find amazing vintage Chanel, Yves St. Laurent, etc. in Paris but it's always way too small for me to wear so it's fun and profitable to sell. It's the other side of the coin of shopping addiction.
I used to be a digital authenticator for VC and yes, we get proper training to do it so, if not more than the physical authentication. The big issue is that only a small portion of the items go through our digital teams. And that’s why a lot of fake items sadly end up in the platform.

They rejected the item saying me it is fake. Literally 24 hours later ! It’s not the first bad experience with them so please guys beware !
Just purchased a dress coming from France. Fingers crossed I will get exactly what was listed. I did pay for authentication. Great video! 💐
How exciting! Hopefully all goes well and your dress turns out just as described!
This was a super helpful video! I recently ordered my first bag from them and thankfully it all went well😊
Thank you for watching! I’m glad to hear you had a good experience with them 😊
As a Seller I had in general OK-ish experience with VC, they paid in time, etc.
Thank you Poola! This was very useful to me not for shopping but for doing a company analysis of VC :)
Really well explained.
Thank you for watching! I’m glad I could help 😊
@@hihellothere94 Hope all ends well and you get your bag back!
Send a legal warning to their legal address.
So helpful. Thank you for being frank about the situation.
Thank you for watching!
FYI - if you were employed by a particular designer and later resell, it is perfectly plausible that you don’t have dust bags, packaging, etc.
That might be the case as well
Thank you so much for this very informative video. I plan on purchasing a bag from a professional seller in less than 2 weeks.
How exciting! I’m sure all will go smoothly ☺️
@@WithaTouchofLuxury ok that sounds like a good idea to film and date stamp it too. I’m going to look at 3rd party sellers now such as the handbag clinic for my high end pieces . Best regards x
@@WithaTouchofLuxury that's really good advice and something I often do using a date stamp too. Great to know 🙂

I’m happy to hear that! Thank you for watching 💎
How did I miss this?! And I just got a package from Vestiaire today too! Looking forward to hearing ALL your feedback as I have some thoughts on the topic too!
Uuuu looking forward for an unboxing ;) but also to hear your thoughts about the platform!
Now that you mentioned it, it might be that VC is showing less of those… wouldn’t be surprised 😅
All in all, I see more positive than negative with the platform but one should always be aware of the risks.
Thank you so much for your supportive words, Patricia 🤍 hearing this makes me very happy!
I’m new here and love your video! Thank you for this 💗💗
Thank you for watching! ⭐️
thank you so much for your advice on the platform
You’re welcome! Thank you for watching!
Can i put the currency to Euro if im from canada and ‘pay in euro’ so that it makes the conversion itself in my bank account?
I'm afraid that I'm not the best to answer this as I live in Europe and always have used only Euro as currency
Hi i will be buying a balenciaga bag soon from vestiaire, im kind of scared because of everything people are saying about the company right now, do you get a tracking number when you make a purchase??
Hello! I've always received a tracking number :)
@@WithaTouchofLuxury Gotcha, thanks! How do you know if someone's a professional seller? I feel like I haven't come across one yet.
@@taylor-uc9ju if the seller is a professinal seller it's written on the seller's profile
But all in all, when setting the expectations on a right level VC is great and it’s my favourite place to search for pre-ownes items!
So so helpful, thank you so much 😊
I'm happy to hear that! Thank you for watching!
@@WithaTouchofLuxury I just completed my very first purchase today, so I am crossing everything for a good experience 🤞🏻 oh and a quick question to they shed the product in a VC dust bag???
@@nickieckford4520 Hopefully all goes well! They usually send the items in VC dustbags unless the item comes with its original dustbag :)
I want to ask, will I be charged customs fees if used clothing enters my country or will I just pay the shipping costs?
There will be custom fees with VC purchases in the same situations there would be custom fees from other online puchases. So it depends where you are and where the item is shipped from. Personally I only look at items that are located in Europe so there won’t be any added custom fees but if I bought from the US for instance then there would be added costs.
I never bought on this platform, is this possible to buy an item from a European country to be deliver to another contry like Germany for example?
Did anyone ever have a bad experince with return&refund, when buying from a professonal seller?
I have personally returned once for a professional seller and at least with that instace there where no issues and it was handled fast
@@WithaTouchofLuxury Thank you for sharing your experience.
As a buyer, do you get any documentation or any proof of authentication from VC that you can keep or use in the future?
They provide a small tag that shows who authenticated it and some details they can use in their own processing. But they do not provide a certificate or such. Some people try to use the small tags as "authenticators" but I don't see them as proper proof of authentication, for instance if I'd try to sell on some other platform I woundln't only use the tag to prove that it has been authenticated
@@WithaTouchofLuxury Thank you!
I want to ask, if I buy, will I pay more import customs tax in my country?
There will be custom fees with VC purchases in the same situations there would be custom fees from other online puchases. So it depends where you are and where the item is shipped from. Personally I only look at items that are located in Europe so there won’t be any added custom fees but if I bought from the US for instance then there would be added costs
I planned a video like that aswell and even had „the good, the bad and the ugly“ as the caption in mind 😁
Haha great minds think alike 😆 has your experiences with VC been different than mine? Because that would be interesting to hear!
@@WithaTouchofLuxury mostly it’s the same. But I received items several times, that didn’t match the description (parts where missing or the condition was worse than listed). But the VC customer service was willing to take them back, so I‘m still fine with buying there 😁
Good to hear that VC has done ’the right thing’ in those situations!
I think that’s an important thing to lift when it comes to second hand shoes! Thank you for watching! 💎
About to order some shoes from them I've wanted for nearly 2 years, FINGERS CROSSED
Hopefully all goes well with your purchase!
About 2-3% from the seller (old data)
I bought an item and they say I have to pay for delivery after I’ve already paid is this right?
Hope you can turn to a credit card company or similar (the payment method you used) that could help you with this 🤞
Hi! Who is paying the trasport? If it is directly shipping.
Hi! It used to be that when you picked direct shipping it didn’t have additional costs for the buyer (so VC covered for it) but now they have changed it into that the buyer always pays for shipping, doesn’t matter if it’s direct shipping or if it goes through VC’s inspection
I know someone who throws put all the packaging except the dustbag as soon as they get home. 😆😆😆
But do they wear the items? ’Cause that’s the scenario I’m wondering: selling items that have been never worn, yet they don’t have any packaging left (box, authenticity card, receipt…) 😅😅😅
@@WithaTouchofLuxury this person used the item but realised quickly that it wasn't gonna work for them.
My husband throws everything away, but the item, as soon as he gets it home, even when I’ve told him a million times to keep everything just in case.
Sad story 😢
I want to buy a dress and price of this dress is 128€$ and price after fees is 258$ double price 😢😢😢
This is the reason why I filter everything to be located only in Europe so there won’t be any additional fees
Hi how we will get the payment when customers offer and we accept ??
VC controls the payments. When you have accepted and the buyer actually buys the item they will pay the money to VC. Depending on if the buyer chose direct shipping or authentication by VC, VC will pay to you once the inspection part is over. So it takes some time to get the monet once the seller accepts an offer and the buyer actually buys it
23:00 they could be stolen from the shop
Yep, that’s also a possibility
I tried to negotiate but they never responded back. The only thing that I don't like is that when you accept the offer they still have a day to think about it. I learned that the hard way! LOL!! Thinking I got a sale but it turns out to be nothing. Oh well. I kinda like them better than Poshmark. Because they charge too much in fees.
Yeah that’s not a nice feature for the sellers but as a buyer it’s nice that there’s still some time to decide as you never know the outcome when you start negotating 😆 and they might be negotiating with many sellers at the same time so providing time to decide is quite nice. But I agree with you that when being a seller it’s annoying when an offer has been accepted and then they don’t end up buying it 😬
How long does it take to get a sale?
It depends on many things: how much in demand the item is (how popular it it), does the price match the item/condition etc. I have managed to sell items within a few hours to a week. But there’s also items that have been listed for months. So there’s no universal rule of how long it takes to sell there
I'm sorry, is the account on vestaire collective charged?
Just having an account on the site doesn’t cost anything. So you can scroll the listings without paying. As a seller you can list items for free and only pay the commission once the item has been sold
@@WithaTouchofLuxury thank you for the information 😊
Great video. Thankfully I only have had positive experiences with VC. But I think I will be more cautious next time. Just wondering have you items for sale currently on VC? What is your name/ profile on VC? Thanks

is vestiaire collective legit?
It’s legit as in it’s an actual company and the platform works as they say it works 😊 but as with all pre-owned designer pieces there are also some unauthentic pieces on the mix which VC sometimes spots and sometimes doesn’t. There’s quite a lot of people’s personal experiences with the platform out in YT; mine has always been positive 😊
I would never do that...maybe they are super rich and just don't care! LOL!
Yep people are different 😆
Stuff from VC, espesially European sellers, is often stinky and in way worse condition than expected. Also pics and descriptions can be really crappy and even misleading. Beware.
There are many kind of seller out there!
VC are an absolutely vile site. The customer service is vile and they are extremely unpleasant. My advice is, Don't use them.
Yes I have heard that their customer service can be very rude! Luckily that has never been the case to me but I have heard from many that they are not helpful
@@WithaTouchofLuxury they really are vile 🤷🏿♂️
