    Lol 😆 🤣 you have probably fixed the errors now, but the slight de-arch, floppy lower legs need a bit more tension and arms eye level and further in front would have fixed it. Nice tuck in though to not boost up 😀

      yeah im on 33 solo jumps now so i think im over that now. have hit 149mph on belly fly so got a good arch now lol

      @@Honey95 nice one Josh. The tunnel is great for ironing out biomechanical points. Have you moved onto back and sit fly now? You a Sibson jumper?

      @@dadbod7510 no, still not tried sit fly yet. Has my first 2 fs coached jumps and my last solo I done my first ever intentional back fly. Beccles is my DZ. tandem was at sibson

      @@Honey95 I have a troubleshooting for common mistakes video on YT which will help with your sit fly and back to belly transitions, I will be doing a lot more too.

      @@dadbod7510 oo that sounds interesting can you link it below for me please and ill check it out. i know back fly is meant to be the safe position for sit fly so need to get that down first really
