    • @tomorowsnobodys
      @tomorowsnobodys 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The west abutment is gone, which is a failure. The dam is no longer controlling the release of water, which is what makes it a failure. Failure does not mean collapse in this sense, but it’s being reported as “imminent failure” so they’re not even really saying it failed yet but already basically has failed because the water is high enough to go around and destroy the abutment.
      Kind of a silly argument i mean just look at the video and you tell me if it looks like the dam is doing what it’s supposed to do…

      💰 ~ Depends on what country you’re talking about. It’s easy to sit back on our couches and act like things are so simple. We have adversaries in the world who are playing a game of chess this long-term and they are happy to win step-by-step. And as Americans have such a short memory and we only care about today and tomorrow, we don’t look ahead.
      At one point we dominated the world as the only superpower by far, but Russia has been chipping away at us and china has made huge leaps and bounds. And we let them because much like publicly traded company CEOs we care about short term benefits over long-term benefits. China was willing to I have short term pain in order to gain long-term success. But we’re not willing to do that because our people complain about stuff that’s small.
      As for the money we’re paying on foreign wars, I’ve already explained why it’s necessary. But the amount we’re paying is actually pretty small. For instance in Kansas City They are paying about $50 per citizen to pay for a sports stadium that many of them do not care about one bit. The first huge amount of money we gave Ukraine, for instance, was equivalent of every adult paying $35 a year for only 10 years. And if we have to do that in order to maintain our security and prosperity, and then it’s easily more than fine. So many other things there so less important we pay more money for. But there are plenty of places we could cut where we are giving money to other countries who are very rich and even have universal healthcare. That money should be cut most likely in my opinion. But Americans don’t care to do research on all the small amounts of money that we spend a year after year, but yet they’re shocked when we spend one large amount of money that is necessary. How about we focus on real solutions and not big ticket items that may shock us because they’re larger than normal while we ignore all the small amounts that should be reduced but we don’t pay attention to because a whole bunch of nickels and dimes are not as easy to read about on Facebook.

There are farmers who have lost most, if not all, of their crops in the areas of SD, MN, and IA that have flooded. Canton SD, a largely rural area, had 18 inches of rain in three days. The Big Sioux River finally crested at 45 feet, which is 7 feet higher than the previous record high crest. After years of manufacturing I was thinking about applying for cart attendant at Walmart or costco for a change of pace. It's funny how many young people are afraid of weather. When its 85 degrees outside and I see people with jackets, hoodies, and masks lol. Wear a t shirt or go shirtless. It's called vitamin D

    Extreme heat yet half our summers have the same heat going back to when I was a kid. The news really trying to manipulate news. I will say the gulf is unusually hot. Maybe the earth is one degree hotter than when I was a kid but I remember 100 degree days in Ohio in the 80s. Not every year but several times I remember boiling summers. Back then the news said we were going into an ice age I’m not even joking look it up.

      @1313greer13yt 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Today is officially the 4th day of summer ...and yes we often have 90/100 degree days in Ohio ...in August. 1955 was the hottest year on record in Ohio until the last 20 years when that record is surpassed every year. Climate is about averages not having a 100 degree day ...statistics don't lie THE PLANET IS WARMING! And if you had taken a few advanced geology classes you would know by heating the oceans and melting the polar ice, oceans currents will cease to flow ...causing an ice age ...that is still the scientific news today BUT NOT ON FAUX. We will be long gone before humans could see that. Keep toting the sheepish BAAH Climate Change Hoax BAAH Climate Change Hoax BAAH Climate Change Hoax!!! You sheep are so feeble!!!!!!

Maybe I’m wrong but that’s just how it comes off. My community is suffering catastrophic flooding and DEI has nothing to do with that. If there was a news story about your house collapsing my first instinct would not be to comment anonymously on TH-cam about how DEI or whatever is to blame.
