1989 I travelled through India and came to Srinagar. On a houseboat on Dal Lake I was falling in love with kashmiri food. So very balanced but still spicy, well, just awsome. My question is: why not to use safran as well, since it is grown there on huge farms? Anyway I will cook your dish and will enjoy it, there can't be any doubt.
