Meru Bhaiya, even in the Southern part of India there is a similar dish which is made, it is called "Mashiyal", same way, first boil the greens, then when it shrinks, let it cool and then blend it in a blender, when it is a puree, add salt, separately make a tadka with mustard seeds and dry red chilli. ❤❤❤❤❤
We stuck in one village there just at night and u wont believe we feel so unsafe there but fortunately there is an indian army camp near us so we feel relief 😊 and when we went to our hotel the receptionist said media people destroy our image we are not like that we believe in harmony and all 🤔same shikara chalane wale bande ne bhi bole 🙄 phir kashmiri pandits ka genocide and exodus kyu hua i wonder 🤔

Meru bhai we make palak the same way as mom show in this video, and we call it with same pronunciation palak bhaji nu "haag" (exact pronounce can't ve written in English) haag is between "sa" & "ha" . In Kathiyawad Gujarat, all vegetables called "shak" in modern gujarati & "haag" in our Kathiyawadi dialect.
