I believe Conor just isn't the same guy his fans want him to be. He got filthy rich, became a bad alcoholic/drug addict and just wants to party but he also misses his former notoriety and fight fame. Yeah the only fight that Conor is winning now is against Ferguson (which has a more compelling narrative as a matchup than Chandler so they could do it), but even then it’s not a certainty. Tony has more heart in his pinkie finger than Conor has ever had.
