    They always overdo the bounced green light. Its more subtle than that.

      @@animaze86 it is but you don't have to build everything from scratch or script everything. for example when you use programs like 3Ds Max, Mya or Blender. There's so much you have to learn before you can do anything basic and the amount of time you'll have to invest to do small things is a time vampire.

    • @animaze86
      @animaze86 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@raijin7707 I agree my friend. I have been there making models on my Amiga in Cinema4D and Lightwave as an 8 year old. I started using unreal editor in 1998. I get it. I used to make all my maps and textures from scratch in Photoshop or before that, Deluxe Paint. However, for me, raising the bar with access to new tech, it's not just a matter of having pretty ready-made assets. You have to create a truly artistic and meaningful experience or expression, which for me as an artist that drives me to push my skillset and abilities further. At least for me it is still a great deal of hard work :)

    Quick question... Two actually. Is there a way to disable WPO on Nanite foliage based on distance from the camera? My Megascans Trees and Plants are washed out and unlit when I bring them into the scene. I've tried to redownload everything, start new projects, played with different light scenarios but no matter what I do, they look terrible. They just don't receive light from any source even though they cast shadows.
    I'm looking for days for an answer but I just can't find anything that works. I saw this issue in some TH-cam Comments as well but nobody seems to have an answer for that.
    I need your help! Thanks in advance!
