8 Week Old Sleep Schedule & Feeding Schedule

This is the feeding and sleeping schedule for my 8 week old baby. This video will be helpful for other new parents with a 2 month old baby who are interested in learning more about realistic baby sleep schedules and baby feeding schedules.
With the birth of my fourth baby, I became a mom of 4 kids ages 6 and under. I also work full time. Creating a predictable schedule for our days was incredibly important with all of my kids-but especially when our youngest baby was born. Having structure and routine is my secret sauce to making our life work-and to enjoying it along the way!
