    Great tips!
    However, checking your weight everyday can also backfire in terms of demotivating you if you don’t see the numbers go down. Factors such as what you ate the night before, how much you ate, etc. can influence your morning weight as well.
    Instead inch loss and overall how you’re feeling I feel is a much better indicator of weight/fat loss in general and in the long run.

    if your gut is strong, lower any kind of carbs be it roti, rice etc and start eating proteins and fibres throughout the whole day like pulses, chana, soyabean,etc. For fibres which slows down your digestion eat lots of salads and citrus fruits. Make sure to not take fiber during night and compensate with lots of cooked green veggies or proteins.

    Amla & etc you mentioned in the video are acidic in nature ...(🍒 Amla is a citrus 🍊 fruit & Citrus fruits are acidic in nature 🍒🍊) so, what should we consider
