I've seen some of your videos, I can tell that you could destroy me at chess, and I'm from the other side of the IQ gaussian bell. I hope that losing some games won't let you down, as you can achieve your goal! My friend, I hope that you don't stop playing chess the moment you reach 1800 elo, I would love to see you fighting for 2000+ elo. Don't underestimate youself, you can do it! (Sorry if my english is crap, it is not my native language xdd, greetings from Spain)
@@SANASTATO thank you so much for the compliment. I just get down after losing. It’s important to not get too high or low. I try to remember that. I’ll be back at it tomorrow. Take care
@@theroaman8759 I sure will brother, you've got my sub. Just saw the end of the vid, just remember chess takes a whole lot of practise practise practise and dont undermine yourself brother, that 1400 ELO is something a lot of people would be jealous of!
This is blowing up probably because of the 80iq thing. You can trust me. Is it for the views? I won't mention it once you grow even bigger. Best of luck on your journey.
@@jcon2060 no, I had no idea that ppl would care about the IQ. Someone told me it was impossible so it gave me an idea to do it and record my journey. Thanks for the comment. Hope you follow along.
I've only seen a couple of your videos so I don't know how all your videos are, but maybe any time you lose 2 games in a row, you could make a separate video covering the key mistake(s) you made in those game. In this one, in my opinion you made several moves that didn't serve much of a purpose - pawn to a3 and a4 didn't do much, frankly - so you could have looked for something better. But we all have off days, or tough games we lose so it's nothing to worry about too much. The thing is - if you play another game and you make the same mistakes you made here and you lose those badly, you're going to be upset not just because you lost, but because you should have learned some lessons that you didn't.
Thanks for that advice. I appreciate constructive criticism, and Ill think about making videos of the mistakes in my losses for educational purposes. One of my biggest problems has been just getting upset when I lose and not going back and learning from my mistakes, which is why I probably have been stagnant in my improvement. Thanks again, and I would appreciate your comments in the future.
@@TenCoRabieKielbache really? I was told someone with 80 IQ doesn’t have the ability of pattern recognition required to achieve 1800. If you find an IM with 80 IQ, lmk so I can correct myself. Thanks for the comment!

What 80-100 is pretty average IQ around the world
@@hamadxRL I was told 100 is avg. Below 70 is mentally handicapped.
@@theroaman8759 u can search it up but yeah 90-100 is avg
U can improve still
in general yes, but it depends on cultural stuff too. some cultures 80 is average. Iq is definetly not a perfect measure of intelligence!
