The Dutch course (cursus Nederlands NT2) is aimed at beginners, who want to learn Dutch vocabulary fast. Of each word, you see the Dutch word and the English translation, and a picture. For learning Dutch pronunciation, each word is repeated twice.
Best way to study the Dutch language lessson is:
    - watch the video 1 or 2 times
    - study the word list www.learndutch.org/online-dutc...
    - do the test; repeat it if you made mistakes
    - no mistakes in the test - then go to the next lesson
This is a free course. Bart de Pau is an online Dutch Tutor at learndutch.org and program manager at the Dutch Summer School, www.dutchsummerschool.nl (Intensive Dutch courses in Amsterdam and Drenthe during July and August).
This course deals only with vocabulary. Learning a language is more than that!

I am learning Dutch because I am half Dutch myself and have always wanted to learn. However soon I am getting married to a Dutch man so it's extra motivation to learn Dutch well so I can communicate with his family :-)

Dear sir Bart, your Dutch online course is a great help for me, as I am preparing for Basic Civic Integration Examination Abroad. I'm in the initial stage. However, I am impatiently looking forward to joining your Dutch language school in 2023. I do not have anyone but I just love the Netherlands because it embraces all walks of life. The Netherlands is my dreamland and my only destination.

I am Italian and learning Dutch because I was relocated in Amsterdam from the company I work for. The company is American and everybody speaks English here, but since I live here I would like to integrate even better and learn the culture and the language. And your videos are so nice for both since you also explain the culture! Btw nice family Bart! so many teachers!!! :)

I wanted to learn some Dutch for something I was working on, then found I liked it so much that I started studying it. I´m a Politics graduate, serial migrant, and freelance journalist. My great-grandfather was Dutch; his surname was DeGroot, and one of my great-grandmothers was Romany. I was born in England but left long ago and have no links there. Britain has also become embarrassing, of course - nothing to do with me. My only living family are both Irish. I´m really enjoying your excellent courses.

Hello Bart, I was born in Limburg and came to Australia in 1962 aged 5. My mum always spoke Dutch but I feel very incompetent at it. Thank you for teaching me my mother tongue.

My wife and I are learning Dutch because our daughter lives and works in Maastricht. We visit her every year and we decided it would be proper to try and learn the Dutch language.

In 1994 I fell in love with the Netherlands when I visited the University of Utrecht. Two years ago I met my partner, a Dutch man in Budapest. And I read some essays on Dutch literature and watched some movies in Dutch with English or German subtitels.
