Very true. I have a Classic Straw Boater with full Quick Super Jump and I combine that with my Crazy Arrows with Stealth Jump and Quick Super Jump for surprise attacks.

The difference between the Killer Whale and the Inkstrike is how long you get to decide where to aim. Special Duration Up doesn't increase the actual special.

Sorry, but you're gonna have to ask someone else because I don't have those. I never rolled a triple QSJ on Stealth Jump shoes or a triple Swim Speed on a Ninja Squid shirt because I never use those abilities.

In my humble opinion, if you have enough of Quick Jump then Stealth Jump may be unnecessary.
the full quick super jump gear will make you super jump exactly like in story mode
