      You should always take care not to be too aggressive with the lens, but - with that being said - the lenses are made of super impact-resistant polycarbonate, so they shouldn’t crack. Rest assured and enjoy the snow!

    I find it way easier to put the side hooks on first and press it on straight, then doing the nose and the tops. Quicker and easier for me.

    Very good video!! I was with you the whole way...that last top hook......not easy at all. Could not do this if you have any sort of nails...and I just cut mine too...haha. Thumbs kind of sore after...but I did it! I think that you can bend the goggle way more than I thought!

      You just needed to pull the strap ends off the frame first(very easy with table knife), so the frame is way more softer on the sides and way easier to install the side hooks

    Design Fail. An interchangeable lens should be able to be swapped out on a lift...with cold fingers...as it's getting dark....ect. No way to do that with these. What a shame. I like the goggles but they are a total pain in the but to switch out.

    I really like these googles but agree that changing the lens is way too hard. There is a trick to getting those two upper tabs into the notch though. The guy at the ski shop showed me and it works. You put the tab against the rubber beside the upper notch and then push the lens horizontally so the tab slides up over the rubber and into the notch from the side. It's still hard to change lens, but that trick makes it a little less of an ordeal.

    Grab center of lense , twist top hook up and away from it’s notch, the lense is very bendable luckily, this makes the top hook almost easy to get in its notch, hope this helps

    these seems easier for me to change the lens compared to the oakley flight deck just the corners are a pain to get in thats all plus the smith squad fit my face better.

    • @sportrxeyewear
      @sportrxeyewear  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Peter thanks for leaving us a comment on the video! We would have to agree with you on that. The Flight Deck is a fantastic goggle, but it isn't known for its interchangeability and the corners are hard to get in and out. Were happy to hear the Smith Squad goggles are working out better for you. Which lenses did you get for the Squad goggle?
