I recently found your channel and watching your videos, really encourage me to keep pushing forward, Im a freshman nursing student and seeing you working in medicine makes me excited for my future ! Your work ethic is inspiring :)
i second this!! ✨ as a novice nurse i’m also very inspired by her videos, more so her passion for medicine & learning overall. plus i just finished shadowing some nurses in the OR today and i can vouch for the relevance of kayoung’s content 🫶🏼
I am a 3rd year medical student and seeing your videos has been such a blessing. I'm having a hard time with pharmacology and I'm losing faith in myself, but because of your videos, I'm convinced that I will follow this road to the end. thank you ! (sorry my English not so well)
We all have our strengths and weaknesses and I hope you remember that you have lots of qualities that would make you an excellent physician - pharmacology is just one aspect! One advice I got is to strive for progress, not perfection :)
You're amazing! You have been doing all those works very smoothly. I'm a 4th year med student in Cambodia, and currently having a rotation in the ER. I've never had a chance to intubate the patient yet, actually it seems very difficult for me and I'm very nervous. Btw, your video inspire me a lot.
Thank you and I hope you get more opportunities to engage clinically! I know different countries have different structures and expectations, and I trust that wherever we train, we'll come out being competent physicians :)
Anaesthesiology resident here, glad you enjoyed your short rotation in anaes. The enjoyment of being in the OR is definitely one of the reasons I chose this specialty, as well as the hands on procedures you can do. Lots of reviewing pre-clin phys and pharm though for sure. Did you get to see any other forms of anaesthesia other than general anaesthesia? Such as regional blocks or neuroaxial anaesthesia.
Kayoung , you could be a good doctor ultimately. I really like the way you learn and memorize by lecturing all vital info and anesthetic into your notebook, brilliant indeed!
I love the way you’re summarizing your learnings every rotations. Also, thank you for sharing your learnings with us in an us in an easy and understandable way🤍 this is very helpful to me cuz I’m a pre med student too
