this was more informative than the actual sit down i had with a lawyer regarding my mothers passing with no Will. Thank you, I full support this initiative!

What if childless married couple in Ontario - both died in a plane crash - they don't have a Will, what will happen? (Husband has parents / siblings here in Ontario. The woman has her family overseas).

How long is the process of a "will" to read after a person dies in Ontario?

Thank you for this! I work for a financial institution in the collections team, and I've been assigned to collect on deceased accounts. I'm just looking to understand more about the process, what are the right questions to ask and what are the rights of a creditor. Some family members argue that this is not their debt, so I don't want to continue pushing without being property informed about Ontario laws.

Imagine being assigned to a position that can never collect on anything unless you trick relatives of the deceased lmao

Is hand written WILL or a typed/printed WILL on simple paper is acceptable in Ontario. Do I need to get it attested by someone or do I need to have witness for the WILL?

It is best to have a witness and to have the document prepared by a lawyer. Visit kpalawyers.ca to book a Wills & Estates lawyer.

Who's bright idea was it to add music in the background of this video... WRONG move. you can't even here the person speaking on the video. It would have been informative. BUT that music... give you a -100
