    Financial institutions will delay and delay asset disbursement without probate so that they can charge more fees on any registered investments for that much longer owned by the deceased.

    If the will has no executor (only beneficiaries) mentioned will the probate required fees be hire?

      weeks to months for the probate process, generally E-trustee has 1 year from death or probate to distribute assets of the estate
