    With forge you can also try layer diffusion exremsion that can generate transparent backgrounds and is able to create foreground and background independently

      Depends on what you're doing. What this gives you is the ability to blend the edges and the rest of the subject into the surrounding scenery a lot more naturally as it will incorporate lighting effects shadows and various other components that would help the subject look more natural in the same. You'll see in the video that I use Gimp to put the subject into a background, but I use the AI to change and blend it better.

      Yeah as he said - this allows you to make it seamless and natural MUCH easier than photoshop

    What if you don't want to change the outfit?

      Changing outfit only happens in the last step because I'm masking only the face and hair. If you want to mask the entire body you can but what I would do is leave a little bit of an exposed edge around the body so that the AI has a little bit of a chance of blending it properly with a background. You can also make sure that you are describing the same clothing in your prompt
