    Dang dude…. This is what I’m feeling right now! My last 2 runs felt horrible, my HR unstable and I just felt like I don’t want to run anymore!

      Lots of athletes go through burnout at various stages. Hard to know the symptoms until you’re already a bit burnout. Recovery is key, chill out for a bit and allow yourself to rest and refresh. Feel free to reach out if you wanted to work through it a bit further
