This is very good form you can tell the strength in his lower back cushions each landing. Very primal and no his body won't be totalled in 4 years. He's using good form and isn't overstepping his limits. He could be jumping like this for life.

Good form helps yes but the height he seems to be falling from can shatter his legs and hes doing that for years, I’d atleast roll out of it. Some of those drops seem to be over 15, some maybe 20+ feet(idk I’m bad at estimations so that’s probably off) most professional parkour athletes wouldn’t even take that drop onto sand or grass, and he’s doing it on concrete without a roll. That cannot be good for your body at all

@@keltongaming5484 you are right, most professional parkour athletes wouldn’t take these kinds of drops onto sand or grass. However Khedoory does, because he is unique in that aspect. Rolling out doesn't work if you jump straight down without any forward momentum, which is most of his drops. His drop technique is probably the best in the world and he has incredible physical and mental strength as well as very favourable body anatomy. He's been doing this stuff for 5-6 (?) years now and as far as I know he is yet to have any serious/chronic injuries. I wouldn't say he could do this "for life" but I'm quite sure he has a solid 8-10 years of very big jumps ahead.

I've been at parkour for over 12 years, and I can, and have been taking some pretty serious height drops through that whole time. Khedori has me beat definatly , but Some of my regular drops are over 15feet.
The only thing I'll say is at those heights, no matter my technique it always seems to hurt even if I don't get injured. (And I do get injured, my ankle is hurt rn. But I've never injured anything to the point of breaking or unhealable damage, at least so far)
Mabey it hurts khedori as well and he's just not showing it. I mean I don't wince at every massive drop I take.
But khedori is either built different, or, he's slowly damaging himself by doing these 20 footers so much. Probably both. He's defjnatlg better than most, but it just seems very unrealistic based on my own experience, and the observation of others that these jumps are something he can do regularly with zero problems.

I bet your under 25 years old, come back in 20 years time after doing a physical job or any job for that matter, wear and tear happens and knee pain is one of the worst, get a couple of decades on your skeletal system and stuff starts getting loose, you hear mad clicking noises and it takes a while to get out of bed, sometimes I get upset because I can't put my socks on normally right away lol. I'm only 43, wait.... Yeah 43 bro for real👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿😉
