Digital time is an addiction. It is quite difficult to balance an addiction into life. For examples, most alcoholics must completely eliminate alcohol to survive. They cannot moderate the addiction. However, people have to live with their phones. Thus, they must learn to balance it in their lives. But that is most difficult because phones are always working to increase their control over you. and now... Phones have been normalized, when they are not normal. I do not have internet on my phone. I live as you suggest... Thank you for this video.

I love this. Thank you for posting. This and all that you do for us. "Addictive need for something to always be entertaining us." Brilliant. Much peace and love to all...

I'll never understand someone being in nature and watching YT videos as a distraction. Getting curious and looking online for answers about something I totally get, but some people just can't be in the moment or left alone with their own thoughts. Maybe I'm crazy but I still find dirt fascinating XD

When I’m out in nature I only go on my phone to check the time, reply to some text, and type down ideas in my notes app. You’d have to be crazy watching TH-cam and TikTok vids and scrolling on Instagram to keep you from appreciating what’s all around you.

Thanks for this lovely reminder! I'm glad to see more people talking about the negatives of too much EMF exposure as well. It's been treated as a 'conspiracy theory' for far too long. Thanks for speaking out!

As someone with adhd, stimulation adds focus, but I get for nuerotypicals it distracts more.

Luckily with the retirement of Cathode Ray Tubes (old tv's and Monitors) the Electro-Magnetic fields we deal with today are less strong than the ones we had to deal with in the 90s.

Awesome video, I'm currating my own experinece online.
I always hear about people having a terrible time on twitter/x but I only follow artists I like and as soon as someone starts talking about war or something political I unfollow. I keep up with world politics, but I need to look at that in my own time. It's important to stay up to date with the going ons in the world, but too much bad news destroys your brain and won't help.
