Have you ever experienced single strand knots with the finger coiling method? Every time I do a wash n go and finger coil my hair, I tend to get a lot of little single strand knots. Do you have any tips on how to prevent them if you have gotten them before?
I tend to get knows when im in need of a trim! knots are something your gonna get whether you fingernail or not I get them all the time but more when my hairs dry and I haven't trimmed so I would just recommend making sure your hair is moisturized, checking your products to make sure their not super drying and also separating your curls with an oil this helps a lot too with frizz and knows cause they just slip right out

Do you use all natural products or deep condition on a regular Basis?
How often do you wash your hair? My daughter has a similar curl pattern as yours and I want to keep her hair healthy.
About 1-2 a week , 2 times if i need it but usually once so my hair doesn’t dry out!
Shea moisture has a kids line they are the best and keep my hair healthy for sure i wish I had Shea when I was a kid
